As I was ordering my food I heard the person who preparing my food try and whisper to his co worker that my sandwich is going to give me the “runs.” He said this twice and I find it to be a disgusting thought and one I definitely do not want to have when i am about to eat my food.

I live in Hamden and pass a few subways just to go to this location! Best customer service . Jorge and the crew treat you like family and are on top of the cleanliness of this facility! The line moves super fast ! So convenient

Previously worked at this subway on Universal Avenue. Was continually treated with disrespect with use of racial slurs. In such a nice town would never expect this to occur. Manager also has hired his daughter and his daughters boyfriend which seems to me as a conflict of interest. Either way would not recommend any young individuals looking for work to seek employment here

This is my favorite subway!! My coworkers and I go everyday for Lunch and the team there never let me down. The environment is very clean and friendly.

Stood there waiting about 5 good minutes of my precious lunch break only to be completely ignored by the cashier who merely looked up at me as I entered and was fiddling with the register the entire time. If there is something wrong with the register, maybe tell your customers that? This was around 2:45 today in North Haven....completely inappropriate. I just walked out and she said literally nothing to me the entire time. I work in customer service and I know I would never let a customer stand there wondering what was going on like this....so disappointed I will never be back here at this particular location.
