Was exhausted after a pretty bad week. Checked into hotel, was just looking for some real food before face planting.Wasn't expecting much. Place was empty at 8pm Fri night.Menu was pretty limited. Got the special; Beef Stew, Salad and Garlic Knots.Food was absolutely fantastic. Salad was about 4 different kinds of lettuce, no iceberg. Tomatoes, onion and cheese. Ranch was not out of a bottle.Stew was hearty, tasty. Beef was tender without gristle. Carrots were flavorful. Both carrots and potatoes Wasn't mush, nor undercooked.The Garlic knots were hot, soft, chewy with just the right amount of crust.Added a dessert, the cheesecake. Was fantastic.All at a very fair price.Look, if you're looking for good food, do yourself a favor, and stop in.
