We stopped to pick up a pizza after the No Haven Fair. We didn't wait too long at all. This was our 1st time trying this pizza. The smell on the car ride home was brutal.....deliciously brutal lol I wanted to dive right in. It was delicious! Not greasy like most. We will definitely be ordering from here more often.

Maybe the staff can be a little kinder and professional, god forbid you get there a little early to pick up your order, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor , I'll never go back.

I ordered takeout chicken parm dinner because my usual place Antonio’s was closed. I was very surprised that bread or garlic rolls were not included. This is a huge red flag for me. I never ate at a. Italian restaurant where some kind of bread was not included with an entree. At Antonio’s you get bigger portions ,bread and choice of soup or salad . A good salad. Cheaper too. At Bar salad was the only choice. Plain iceberg salad. I kept the dressing and threw the salad away. For bar atmosphere and pizza, Bar is better than Antonio’s. Antonio’s was cheaper, you can bring your own booze if you dine in. Another local Italian restaurant is Old World Pizza. Better pizza than Antonio’s and Bar, although dine-in has only 3 tables. More of a takeout place but you can bring your own booze too. I usually get a table. A good alternative for very good pizza without driving to New Haven. Chick parm is excellent.

Pizza overcooked, rubbery crust, too salty (the pepperoni was less salty). Grand is better down the street

Picked up a pepperoni pizza here today and was very disappointed as the pizza was so salty it was difficult to eat. Even after taking the pepperoni off it was still too salty!! Don’t know why anyone would ADD salt to this pepperoni pizza!! Also, the pizza was over cooked which made the dough very tough !!

Good pizza but crazy over priced, 2 pizzas with no meat totaled $66, “$4 a topping”.
