Traveled all the way from lower Delaware to try this brewery, and a few other CT breweries, but this one was first on our list for the travel path that was chosen for our breweries tour. Only to find out when we got there on Saturday, there was a private event going on, and they were closed to the public until 3pm. This wasn't posted on the website, or Instagram anywhere. Disappointing. Also not the easiest place to find, didn't see a single sign for Timber Ales anywhere, pulling up, granted we didn't get to pass the ladies that stopped us at the table where they had some glasses for said event at.
You Gotta be kidding me this is the first review on Google! I just tried the “Fields of Fall”, This is truly one of the best stouts I’ve had with the pumpkin vanilla and cinnamon undertone absolutely delicious thank you!Ahhh….
Never been to the brewery but if it is as good as the beer I just randomly bought from them, I can only assume it is amazing. Not sure how long they've been around but the beer has the taste of decades of experience. Keep up the good work and send more stuff to Michigan
