12%’s coffee is incredible. It’s easily some of, if not the best, coffee in the North Haven/Hamden area.

Love love love this place. I have spent so many hours hanging out here. In the morning it’s so fun to come sit on the couch and read a book — the coffee is delicious! And the coffee menu is really cool and fun. Any latte here is a win. And Hanna is the most incredible and friendliest barista!! It’s also a really fun vibe in the afternoon to come for a beer and hangs. They have vegetarian options for food usually and a great food truck outside. I am all about aesthetic and this place crosses all the t’s and dots all the i’s. My new go-to spot!!

Being a frequent customer since they opened my review may be slightly bias, but whenever I’m in the area or can justify the 20 minute drive to go out of my way for it I’m going to %12 for my coffee. Amazing service, a simple and straightforward menu that covers all your caffeine needs, affordable prices, and boozy coffee on the weekends? Yes, yes, and more yes. My go to is usually the Americano, but the Mocha Latte is also top notch, and the Irish coffee is top tier. Can recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This place is fantastic. It has the trifecta of a good coffee shop.1 high quality coffee and friendly baristas that know their craft.2. Great ascetic and atmosphere3. Comfortable to meet and talk with people or hangout with a cortado and a book.If you’re into specialty coffee or just looking for a cool spot to catch up with friends this place is legit.

As someone in the coffee community myself, I was very impressed by what this little cart had to offer. Spencer is well versed in coffee and able to hold a conversation whether it be about the beans or the brew method.I had a cortado and a cold brew, which are my usuals for testing a new shops quality. The cortado had a great mouthfeel and the cup wasn't overfilled, as i've experienced at other shops in CT. The espresso itself was smooth and had just enough bite to cut through the milk. The cold brew, my actual go-to beverage, was wonderful. I was told it's a blend of a light bean and a dark bean and the result is a very smooth but still flavorful and punchy cup. I drink it black but it is rich enough where it would be able to handle a splash of cream and sweetener if needed.I'm excited to see what else they do coffee wise! As 12% is known for having all kinds of crazy collabs/beers in general, I hope to see them funnel that energy into the coffee industry and produce some cool stuff. Maybe canning cold brew or something.Overall, great experience!

This place is beautiful and provides excellent service. I stopped by for coffee and got a delicious oat maple latte made by the sweetest barista! Will definitely be going again.

Spencer and Hanna are so friendly and very knowledgeable about their craft. Amazing varieties of specialty coffee and espresso based drinks help ensure you start your day off right! The coffee cake squares are to die for! Personal fan of the vanilla cold brew with foam made with oatmilk!

Twelve percent is the place to be! A great place to meet up with friends, enjoy a fantastic coffee from the most amazing barista Hanna, or try new beers on tap! I love the environment here and come to meet up with friends, work, read, play card games, etc!!! Can’t say enough about how much I love this place

My new favorite CT coffee spot! Beautiful interior, delicious coffee and friendly staff. Spencer made me the best honey oatmilk latte I've ever had! Can't wait to go back!
