My meal was cold, fries were not salted or fresh and they didn’t have ketchup at the dispensers, I’m not satisfied and wish I didn’t come here.

Workers are rude and I got screamed at by an employee. Some employees lack training and should learn to control their temper. They gave me the wrong order too. So talk about incompetence, that’s just another thing on this long list of aspects wrong with this specific store. I have been to many Wendy’s but in no particular Wendy’s did I feel like I was going to have to prepare to defend myself quite like this one. If the lady with braids takes your order, you better run with it if you value your well being and health. Even if they get it wrong, which is a good chance they will. Go to a different location or just send your money to Chic Fil A. This is why I don’t eat out anymore… because I can’t believe the fact that employees still treat customers like this. But if there’s one good concept about this place; that’d be that there is PLENTY of parking spots available!

Terrible. Gave me the completely wrong salad with the wrong toppings and slapped a sticker on it to make it look like it was right. Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 kids meals and a salad. This isn’t the first or second time I’ve wasted my money at this location.

Place is so slow, messed up my sisters order then took another 15 minutes to fix it, tables & floors dirty, 3 people being trained. Worst of all the prices are more than the West Haven CT location. $6 for bacon cheeseburger Biggie bag instead of $5. No strawberry sauce for the frosty that has been so advertised. Terrible place won’t be back smh
you get hard stuff. This is the worst Wendy’s location ever because the guy in the drive-through who was taking our order. He was really rude and really ignorant. I would not ever come back to this location ever again and when I put in a application for a job, though manager act like that, he don’t know where my application at every time when I have a interview, they gave my give me another date. Give me another date. The only light skin folks and being discrimination
