I ordered a baked potato and I had to wait over five minutes to get it. The ice cream machines don’t work and on top of that it was five dollars for the potato and they were haggling to give me change for it. Why wouldn’t they have the food ready at dinner time and not enough change to break a $10 bill for a five dollar order come on Wendy’s step it up.

So disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an upgrade on a biggie bag and the lady at the drive thru refused to upgrade it multiple times even though food wasn’t paid for yet. She literally argued with me as if she was paying for my food. Her attitude was disgusting she clearly has no customer service skills because the way she treated me was poorly. I do not recommend eating from this Wendy’s.

Quality of location has gone down. Tonight, they were out of the basics such as ice and bbq sauce. To make matters worse, they served cold, stale fries. I had to go back and ask for fresh ones. I would recommend eating elsewhere.

The dumbest workers on the planet. They take 50 minutes to get your food and then scam you by giving you less than half of your $35 order and two completely wrong drinks. Nothing was right
