A Thyme to Cook catered our wedding and they delivered on all accounts to impress us and our guests. Three highlights were: The appetizers - my favorite part and nothing I'd ever seen before at a wedding, our plated dinner which was punctual with the steaks and fish perfectly cooked (per our guests), and the waitstaff who went over the top to deliver amazing service to us and our guests. Jessica and the entire Thyme to cook team was fabulous! We had a beautiful wedding day in late June at Eolia Mansion at Harkness and they executed everything flawlessly. Our guests raved over the food and appetizers, and we heard nothing but good things from everyone! We loved the bartenders, they were so fun and engaging with our guests. Jessica was always so responsive and quick to answer and questions we had along the way. I am a wedding industry professional myself, and admittedly have high standards because of it. Creative fun ideas, delicious food and beautiful atmosphere only begin to scratch the surface of all the amazing reasons you should work with ATTC! We worked with both Rachel & Jessica throughout the planning process and both were incredible; made great suggestions, truly listened to our ideas and feedback, and were both fun people that I would love to be friends with. We were aiming for elevated comfort/homey type food and boy did they deliver. They did a hot river rocks - warm soft pretzels station for cocktail hour that was a huge hit. Every appetizer was incredible, and every guest we had complimented the food. In particular I think it speaks volumes that even the vegetarian meal got rave reviews, not only pretty but delicious and filling! Rachel/Jessica also worked with us to extend alcohol service to have welcome drinks before the ceremony which our guests LOVED. Beyond just the team leads, every one of their service team members the day of worked their butts off. Despite the rain they were running in and out of the tent and didn't skip a beat. Bar tenders were friendly, and made a great drink, and every one running around was happy to stop and lend a hand. The entire venue was set up beyond our greatest expectations and looked PERFECT down to the smallest detail. Everything was high quality and certainly worth the slightly higher price tag. I would work with them again in a heartbeat if given the chance, and you are making a mistake to book anyone but them for your big day!!

We first worked with Juli who was wonderful, she listened to want we were looking for an executed a plan and quote to meet all our needs. After signing our contract, we then worked with Paige as our Event Coordinator. Paige is super friendly, easy going and works so very hard to make sure all the details are perfect. Paige was responsive in all of our communications and always available to chat. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend who was helping to plan our wedding. Paige created and oversaw what I felt was the royal wedding and she runs a tight and organized show. I highly recommend requesting Paige as your day of event coordinator.Lastly, the food was the best food that I have ever had at a wedding. Guests commented on the presentation and quality of the food, appetizers, bar, etc. When we met for our tasting, Chef Taylor personally spent time with us to understand our favorite foods, restaurants, and made suggestions that perfected the menu.
