Dunkin'

Went to drive through middle of day and sat behind a truck waiting to order as well in front of order box. He pulled away after 10 mins and then I pulled Up n didn’t get anyone to answer n pulled around to see staff inside but didn’t answer the drive through. Keep in mind nobody was inside store for patrons but staff blatantly ignored two customers. Never will return to this location again. Mind you there was no signed saying the drive through or store was closed was closed for some unforeseen issue.

This Dunkin robs people. $1.40 up charge for a normal amount of cream cheese on a bagel. If I don’t ask for extra you only get a spoonful. $5 for a bagel. Absolutely insane. Not to mention the all the weirdos that work there. Stay clear of that place.

The staff took their time to explain the pricing. There was no eye roll or sigh as I was looking for the best deal.

Literally ordered a bagel with cream cheese on it. It came on the side. This seems small but when you have to drive that’s why you pay for it in there. Seriously upset me enough because I’m in a rush that I won’t go back. That’s just laziness. Took long enough anyways I work at a high volume restaurant and they can’t handle 3 peoples orders at a coffee shop. Now that I’m getting into my bagel, it’s not even barely toasted. Seriously are you in that much of a rush at four in the morning when there’s barely anybody in line I swear since Covid, the decline and service at any restaurant especially a fast food has decreased significantly it’s just sad. Any job you do you should just do it well.

Always have a friendly Staff and get my orders correct can’t beat that for a Dunkin.

I ordered a pepper bacon it was rotten smelled terrible and the server instead of making things better she got very upset that I returned the sandwich

This is my go to every moring and has been great can be slow at times but only because it's a busy location was very happy to see sara was back behind the counter she is always pleasant and friendly

Terrible attitudes, very rude, asked for my hasbrowns to be well done got them cold, sandwich was still frozen. This had been multiple different time I've had a problem with my orders or the staff being rude

Today 10/21/2024 at 4:50 pm I was in line to buy some coffee and donuts and my dad needed the bathroom. They didn’t give me the key until I pay my order. How rude with my dad that’s is a senior. I ended up just buying one coffee.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is polite.
However, the sandwich I ordered was not made correctly. It had the wrong cheese and one egg, though I ordered an extra egg. The cashier asked me if I wanted to remake the sandwich, to which I asked only for the additional egg, which I paid for. I never send food back, ever ... I kept an eye while the additional egg was being heated up and handed to me. So, the matter was corrected.
I noticed a more concerning issue while seated in the restaurant. Apparently, there is a policy for restrooms being for customers only. The same cashier who made my extra egg would not allow anyone to use the restroom without making a purchase first. Particularly, two older women, both of whom obviously had a need, were not derelicts and intended to make their purchases after their immediate emergencies were addressed. They were not allowed until they made their purchases, after which the cashier unlocked the restroom remotely from behind the counter.
Such an inhumane treatment toward an older person, particularly women, is reprehensible.
