Ladies do not go here. Employees here treat customers like shit for using the bathroom first before ordering. They required you to order first before using the bathrom. There's no sign that says that in front of the entrance door or bathroom door. Those mofos knew I needed to use the bathroom and had me standing there for 5 minutes until the customer told me. I had to ask for the key. This is the shittiest Dunkin that treats their customers as criminals. Better off going to Starbucks where the customer service is top-notch. Also if you need to use the restroom first before ordering food, there's a Madison Service Plaza.Just FYI, you can't leave bad reviews on Google Reviews. It won't show up because it's controlled. They're lucky they didn't come meet a shitty customer who would have been happy to shit over their floor and have their employees clean up or cancel their order. Hopefully more minorities will take over their jobs who are willing to make sure customer service is good and friendly instead of disgruntled mofos.

Ordered a everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese , they charged me extra for the veggie cream cheese and put regular cream cheese on my bagel.
