I eat at Sbaro's in California often. Always delicious and no complaints. This time I was extremely disappointed. The guys in the kitchen have some work to do.

I have gone there twice in the last week. The first time we got ziti and chicken Parm with a side of meatballs. My wife got spaghetti with the sausage and peppers and the breadsticks come with it on both meals. We thought it was fantastic, and the price was decent, I noticed while I was there that they sold two large topping pizzas for 29.99. So today I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and went to go pick them up and they were fantastic. I looked at all the food behind the glass counter, and it all looked fresh and good. The salad and all the stuff they had there looked fresh. I only live five minutes away from this place and there isn’t a whole lotta places to eat. I almost wish I would’ve discovered it earlier because this place has been around for years. I recommended it 100%. Keep up the good work, and keep down the prices.

This was by far one of the worst places we have ever eaten. We stopped for dinner on 5/2, around 5 pm. The kid that was working came out of the backroom, walked up, and just stood there. He didn't acknowledge us at all. We had pizza that was old and rewarmed, pasta with hardly any sauce, ceaser salad that was soggy and had soft croutons, and tomato and cucumber salad that was spoiled. My daughter ordered a fountain drink. He only filled the cup about halfway and didn't even bother putting ice in it. When we asked questions, the kid talked so quietly that we couldn't even hear him over the glass. He was extremely unprofessional, and it was very evident he didn't want to be there. We ended up throwing 95% of our food out. We also bought something from the truck stop on our way out. The kid at the register was no better. We had to wait for him to finish whatever he was doing on his phone before he helped us. It was such a horrible experience. We will definitely not be back. ????????????????

Ate at a Sbarro before & this one was not good. They make one size so they can charge a starting price that's an over priced pizza that a tombstone frozen pizza is way better. The gentleman at the counter was nice though.

So let's things straight, my fellow consumers: this is not a pizzeria--it's a truck stop. Abandon any and all expectations of a quaint pizza shop run by a guy with a Sicilian name. The Sbarro's recipe and method (IF FOLLOWED...) is a very good one. I'm a hopeless pizza snob from the NYC area, and this is a very good recipe. Spaghetti though? Why would you do that. TO SBARRO'S MGMT, I'd happily give your food a 5 star if you could just manage to get your staff to COOK THE DAMN CRUST. We literally start our oven up before going to pick this up because we know we're going to get a mushy, undercooked crust. But after we cook it through ... no better pizza in the area. Definitely much better, sadly, than the other one-off pizza options in NoSto.
Service is terrible,ask if they had a rag or something to clean a table off for can eat on a clean table the lady literally told me no and wave me off. I was shock. That they don't care about you eating on a clean table and all of there tables are dirty. The food is definitely not mad with love no season will not be eating here ever again. And if I were you I wouldn't either.Food taste like it look trash. Very condescending and racist. How you going to treat me bad after I just brought food from your establishment. Do not eat there

The spaghetti sauce was mostly water.The noodles were fine but the sauce just wasn't there.
I get a pizza from here every time I'm here the pizza is pretty good and they are quick at doing it.My only complaint is the dipping sauces are trash but that's a corporate issue and not a local store issue
