I visited Nashville, TN last year with friends, and have been trying to find a similar spicy chicken sandwich. I stopped by the Tin Peddler in North Stonington after work for takeout and decided to try the "Nashville Chicken", with tangy slaw, pickles, kewpie mayo, and a homemade bun. It was everything I could have imagined in the first bite. Spicy and delicious! The fries were an added bonus. Looking forward to going back with friends to try more items on the menu.

Been numerous times, love everythingabout this restaurant!! The food , excellent,atmosphere cozy, love ❤️ The only one complaint I have is, we sat at a high top and our backs my back was to the band or the singer, and I didn’t find that to be very comfortable. If the table you have in the area where the music is could be so that people could sit facing the restaurant that would be much more comfortable and pleasant and I thank you for listening! Foodie ! The menu is wonderful. I would expect a restaurant like this to offer better gluten-free options. There are none other than the basics like salads, baked potato, and meats, which I do not care for. No gf desserts. Their broccoli small plate sounded wonderful but fried in same fryolater as non gf items. Come on you can afford 2 fryolaters. Please

This was our time eating at the Tin Peddler and we were very impressed. For our dinner date, the food, the service and the atmosphere were all great. The noise level was a bit too high, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, so I guess that's good. Definitely will be back.

Just visited this weekend after the new renovation and Wow! What a moody and relaxing vibe. The new bar (with plenty of seating) fits so well in the space, and I am so excited to try all the amazing local beer and delectable cocktail choices eventually! Pineapple marg and pomegranate sangria were great! Per usual, food is amazing, a few of the new menu additions we tried: curried devilled eggs and the wings- so tasty!! The Nashville chicken sandwich was amazing! And I'm never disappointed by the desserts- the basque cheesecake and chocolate torte were out of this world good, the chocolate was just so rich and dark and the fruit and glaze with the cheesecake I cannot get over. Pro tip- get a chocolate chip with sea salt cookie to go! I do everytime they have them!Crispy chicken with couscous and herbs below- yum!Vegetarian options: Many veg options and local produce highlightedKid-friendliness: Low tables and high chairs available

Came for the happy hour and lingered. Beer selection was varied which is a nice bonus. The chicken sandwich is delish. Nice and peppery and a mile high. French fries are top shelf. This is a surprising gem I will definitely return. The staff was fun and knowledgeable.

I went for dinner Tuesday night, I was so surprised by the new renovation, what a great job they did. I had a cheeseburger and it was the best I’ve had. This is just what North Stonington needs. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. I definitely recommend going there and I certainly will be going back. Good luck to the owners and staff, you doing a wonderful job!

The Tin Peddler has stepped it up a notch with a remodeled space and a comfortable bar. The surroundings are now up to the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the new menu. We had dinner with friends, and all enjoyed the food and ambience over a leisurely meal.

This little quaint diner near Foxwoods offered a great brunch menu. We ordered nearly every entrée.The steak and eggs were delicious, seasoned and good portioned. Hollandaise sauce added a great added taste.Other food that received great comments from the group, the crispy potatoes.Service was amazing and really enjoyed the self serve coffee station in the front while we waited for it table.You won't be disappointed here!
