Hello, last night I went to dunking they are supposed to close at 8pm it was 730 and the door was locked and the guy said sorry can help you! Today I waited 15 mins at drive through with no one inside or at drive through ! Then I was asked to wait 3 minutes! I ordered a cold brew with smores. Theee was no cold brew so I got a ice coffee with oat milk! The coffee came black with cold foam! I asked for more oat milk since I paid 90cents for it! Guy gave me an attitude was gone for 5 mins and came back with it still black! I asked why there was cold foam on it and why I got charged for it? He said " do you want your coffee or not!" I was so aggravated I took it and left! The coffee was super watered down and no smores flavor! This is by far the worst dunking I ever been to! I will never go back!!!!

I went to my favorite fast food restaurant, dunkin donuts in Northford, CT. I had an excellent experience from this worker her name was Breanna. She was very helpful while serving me and other customers. I got four wake up wraps two with cheese two without. Breanna was so helpful she separated the cheese one from the not cheese one without me having to ask. And they were delicious and my son thought so too.

WORST DUNKIN EVER. I usually go before work and order a bagel or muffin. I asked for a blueberry muffin with butter and toasted and this is what I received. Muffin was extremely cold and the slob of butter on top… YUCK!!! Every time the manager has an attitude at the window. The food is nasty. I would’ve went back but I was already running late for work! The service is piss poor and food is even worse. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I ordered a Latte and it was DISGUSTING! The latte tasted like CHEMICALS!!!!! I Waited a long time and I had to throw it in the garbage!! I waited for my latte to cool off so I could drink it and it was DISGUSTING! Management needs to train employees how to make the latte! I don’t know why it tasted like chemicals????
