I have been going here for about 5 years the place is not the same. The last year the sauce is tasteless the pizza has hardly any toppings. Prices have gone way up on dinners. The place is dirty when is the last time the soda machine has been dusted.. I just can’t go here anymore. Sorry

How are you going to charge us for 3 toppings? This is so skimp. There is barely any bacon at all. This place is only good every other time. It’s like it depends on who is doing the cooking. So inconsistent and a rip off now

The food was fine, but our waitress maybe came by twice unless called down. When asking someone else for help we got ignored for other customers. I’m not sure if they are just use to regulars and only treat them with respect. But I’ll never come back here again ever. Never had anything refilled, checked. Nothing. Kids menu pasta came out after everyone got their dinners.
A to go order that I ordered before we even got our dinners didn’t come out until I complained to staff.
Don’t bother with it.

It's difficult for me to eat a meatball parmigiana grinder and give it 5 stars. Today is the day I do so. Absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and professional, the service was swift, and the food was excellent. I'll do a follow-up review when I try their pizza and other menu items.

What I had , lasagna, was tasty. My wife didn't enjoy the lobster ravioli though. But, only one visit there and was at an off hour so can't fully review. Very reasonably priced. Pizza was very good, new haven style. Will go back.

The people that work here are the most arrogant, rude, judgmental people i’ve ever been around. All acted like i didn’t belong in the country just because i'm asian. they all stood there and just stared at me and nobody came over to help. however the young girl that eventually did help me at the cash register kept cutting me off every time i spoke. very disappointed.
We found a local ? gem last Wednesday! We were driving by and decided to stop at Giovanni's. We ordered a large 18" pizza with precooked bacon, black olives, mushrooms & onions. Thin and DELICIOUS.?The waitress was awesome, very attentive, and efficient.We will go back and thank you! ?

Ordered take out tonight, SOOOOO disappointed. Fried ravioli had no flavor whatsoever... ricotta was so dry. Ordered a half pepperoni and eggplant, corn meal on bottom was so burnt that's all you could taste. Gonna look for a new pizza place. Not going back there.
