I hired Jimmie for my wedding which was in June. He was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the big day. He was in communication with my wedding planner because we were having some concerns about the other food truck we booked. Literally during ceremony, we found out our second food truck was not coming. Jimmie called his wife and sister-in-law who immediately drove up to our venue (which is an hour drive from most) to assist him in feeding our whole wedding party....
