This is a cozy and warm little coffee shop.
Service is just amazing!!
The staff is extremely amicable and nice! (My friend and I even got a little leather present with Allora logo on it from the super friendly girl working there).
As for the quality and flavor of their coffee, I was truly impressed in the best possible way! (I tried the bourbon latte, it was simply great!!!)
Don’t you hesitate to stop by if you ever feel like getting a good cup of coffee and a great service!

Amazing coffee shop. Great spot to hang out, due some work on labtop or grab and go! They also have some great small treats to munch on, super delicious!

Lackluster, overpriced, and disappointing.
Service wasn't great, I really don't expect smiles and over the top positivity, but it isn't great to feel like you are inconvenience by ordering.
My Americano was weak, and flavorless, even with an extra shot. Almost tastes like it was made with just a single shot by accident. Price was consistent with corporate coffee shops, so whatever I guess.
My avocado toast stood out as a particular disappointment. First, the concept isn't good. The flavors of the toppings do not go well with the flavor of the rye bread. Beyond that, the ingredients appeared to be lower quality, the bread was barely toasted (almost just seeming a little stale), the avocado seemed like it was a purchased spread rather than fresh ingredients (but to be fair it might just be overprepared and too smooth). At least it looked pretty.
The vibe was fine, lacked personality, but it was clean and put together.
Takeaway: Dunkin Donuts quality in a pretty dress for twice the price.

Monika and Kimberly are the best! They are incredibly hospitable and kind, and both make incredible drinks. I highly recommend stopping in to see them!

Nice and cozy place to meet friends for a quick bite and coffee or late night gelatos. My favorite coffee shop in Norwalk! I would reccomend trying the ice dirty chai with golden milk or any of their specialty drinks!

Allora is such a refreshing change from the usual coffee shops in the area. Their drinks are inspired, well-thought-out, and exquisite. For proof, order "The Goldminer" and see what you've been missing. It's a small shop perfect for meeting friends, working, or sitting outside and spending time in the sun. It also helps that the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are on par with other coffee shops. Do yourself a favor: skip the chain coffee shops. Come here, be adventurous, and try something different.

This place is so overpriced. The matcha latte was too milky and I could barely even taste the matcha in it. The chagachino was decent but still way too overpriced. The service wasn’t great either. There was no one at the counter when we came in and it took the barista about 5 minutes to show up to take our order.

Place looks great, but if the service doesn’t match the looks then it’s all pointless.
Girl that took my order didn’t greet and had zero energy nor any enthusiasm. As a First timer I asked “hey what’s that chagachino?” She points ? at a small box that said Chaga and mumbles “it’s that mushroom thing”.
After I ordered she walks away (without saying a word) before I even paid on the clover machine… Legit left me alone at the counter, so I reached over the counter and grabbed my own receipt ?♂️
The barista was probably manager or owner because she tried to make some contact and brought out our drinks.- I do however recommend the “Maple Bourbon”.
But Being a small business requires priority on SERVICE rather than product.
The best part about coffee shops are the personable interactions between employees and customers.
-Made me wanna go to a Starbucks where I know the menu and don’t have to ask stupid questions about your diverse menu. ✌?

The cold brew is incredible - I get it with almond milk and vanilla syrup. Everyone who works here is so kind and I always feel so welcome when I walk in. This is my go-to weekend coffee spot.

Worst ever experience ?
I can’t believe such disingenuous behavior could even occur but the Barista just charged herself a tip and I didn’t even get the screen asking me for tipping. I come back home and I’m charged 30% more on the coffee. This place is ridiculous and behavior of this barista was shocking to say the least.

The barista tipped themselves without asking me what the tip amount should be. Such disingenuous behavior was very shocking.

No bad. Food was good. Coffee 7 from 10. Ordered 3 x Avosants, 2 x coffee 12 oz, 1 lavanda matcha latte, 2 x pastries. Total price $70 is a expensive for this small portions. Croissant is too small for this price, half of plate potato cheaps. In Europe (London, Brussel or French) same breakfast cost $50. Not expected to pay $70 in this small city for small breakfast. Sorry but never come back.
