Dining in the dark, an experience like no other. Great service, friendly staff even though the waiter had no idea of my name, and the food were top class. Highly recommend it if you are OK with finding out what you've been served after you've eaten it.

I just know they didn’t pay their employees during the Covid yet made them work. Told them to collect unemployment but didn’t pay their taxes so unemployment didn’t have any records of their employment. Have fake social security numbers for some of the staff. They cash their illegal employees checks. Very unprofessional family business that shouldn’t be in business.

Soy una clienta que siempre voy a comer ahí , jamás me queje de la comida mi plato favorito es el número 18 costilla la cual dos veces era cruda no dije nada otra ves mi esposo no le pusieron una papa que pidió pero si la cobraron al reclamar le dijieron que la próxima ves la darían ? puras mentiras robaron nuestro dinero más que la cajera es experta para sacar dinero y lo ultimo que derramó el vaso fue mi hijo de 3 años se golpeó porque esa estructura peligrosas para niños pequeños el lloraba mucho y nadien del personal se ofreció por un vaso de hielo literalmente si tu hijo se ahoga ahí ningún inútil de esas cajeras meseras te ayudan y lo peor de todo preferí llevar mi comida a casa pero pague esa comida para tener el derecho del bufet y la inútil cajera q por sierto es una señora que debería de tomar clases como lidiar con los clientes y dejar esa manera de mierda para a tender me dijo que tenía q pagar algo que yo había pagado enserio me quede furiosa y con un nudo en mi garganta mi hijo se golpeó y salen con estupideces esta señora enserio quería que me tragara la tierra .

I found this place charming. It has the best ribs I have ever had. I loved the salad bar, the baked potato was so moist, and the people were very friendly. I had great Texas toast, and really enjoyed the beans. Great place to go when you are hungry and with family or friends.

i ordered a number 4, it was horrible the only bright side was the fries it was some pretty decent fries wouldn't eat it very day though. My burger was the most depressing i don't know if it would make a difference it u put any cheese, but might it might have made it decent. I couldn't taste any flavor because the burger patty was full of grease, i was very disappointed with my meal. I also got a piece of cherry pie it was horrible, the cherry part tastes like if that pie was sitting there for at-least a month. The water was the only thing that didn't go wrong in my meal it literally hydrated me from the burger and the cherry pie ( both of them where dry btw). My other all opinion is to go spend your money else where.

Good steak and potatoes kinda place! Nothing fancy. Not a place you would go to on your first date or fiftieth anniversary. Just a Good juicy steak dinner at a reasonable cost. Very casual. I like going here because it reminds me of dining at Tads Steakhouse back in the day at Herald Square. Circa 1984ish .The good Ole days. I call it Tads 2.0 but this place has more options with the salad bar. Wanna a quick bite to eat but want to ditch the fast food this is the place to go.
I ordered 2 rib eye steaks cooked medium well. The steaks were cooked well done almost burnt, the garlic toast was completely hard and brown and stiff. I normally go there but they were horrible this time. I tried calling the manager for a refund and he was nothing but dismissive and rude; offered no refund and proceeded to talk to others on phone and pressed buttons on the phone while I was speaking. He did NOTHING to resolve my complaint. DO NOT GO THERE because they do not have competent workers that can understand how to cook a steak and a horrible manager. This place has gone down hill completely and wouldn't be suprprised if roaches were roaming the kitchen areas.

The name of this place is pretty misleading. I wouldn't really call it a steakhouse I would call it more a cafeteria that sell steak. The prices are so cheap that it makes it worth if you're looking for a very basic meal. The place gets pretty packed and the salad bar gets refilled constantly so you know the food is fresh So if you're looking for a cheap place to have a basic steak and large salad bar I would try this place
