Basso Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a cozy and charming setting. The waitstaff may seem new, but they are attentive. While the halibut and ribeye dishes may not be extraordinary, the drinks are really good. The food served is excellent and tasty, especially the paella. The atmosphere is great, but the service can be subpar at times due to server overwhelm. Despite this, the overall experience makes it worth a return visit.
