Unfortunately a sub par experience relative to its new york counterparts. Both the front of house and kitchen were very disorganized. We visited for Saturday brunch and were one of five tables seated. Waited half an hour for water and utensils before our server greeted us. Waited another forty minutes for the first dishes to arrive and another twenty for the rest of our table (of five) to get their food. Eggs were cold and gray and they substituted some proteins because they ran out. It was our third visit to the restaurant, we really wanted to like it, but it's just consistently bad.

The waitress did not ask if we wanted coffee/tea or dessert at the end of the meal and just brought the check even though we hadn't requested it yet; she did not come back to the table to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks or water at any time. I felt rushed out, and given that 80% of the tables were empty, this was bizarre.

The customer service by our server was amazing. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD. Terrible quality and a complete waste of money. It was as if we warmed up lean cuisine dinners, or possibly worse as the frozen dinners are at least cooked. Nordstrom needs to put more effort in the food as much as they do the ambience. Our waiter was probably the main reason we tipped more than we should. Save your money and go to the food court.

Waited over an hour for our food. When it arrived, my order was wrong and the eggs were ice cold. They also didn’t bring us waters, or utensils for quite some time. Not a good experience.

Disappointed today in the food at this place. Ordered the tomato basil soup which was fantastic and was excited to get the lamb Mezze special which was 3 different lambs. Lamb slider which was good but the kofta was raw and the meatball was not heated through. Hubby had the crab, mango salad which he said was a solid 3 of 5. The servers and staff were very nice and adjusted the check to accommodate me sending back the dish. Views of SoNo are excellent. We will try them again in the future.

Best place to dine at the SoNo Collection! Food is consistently good. I've had the salads with the roasted chicken. Instead of getting stringy, shredded chicken, the salads are topped with a perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken breasts. Brunch options are terrific; my husband loved his sausage and biscuits. Sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients - freshly baked bread, crisp lettuce and flavorful proteins. Kids meals options are great to accommodate picky eaters to more healthy minded families. Service is friendly and professional. We had a lovely conversation with our server, a young Egyptian-American who made us feel comfortable and made our lunch an enjoyable experience. After dining at Pinstripes and Yardhouse with mixed experiences, I can firmly say that Bazille is the best lunch option in terms of quality, value and service.

We've eaten there many times. The hostess was great and friendly. Our waiter was nice but it took over 35 minutes to get our food and a long time to get the check even though it wasn't busy. Also the music was weird and loud. But the food was great and we loved the view.

I’ve loved every bit of my experience at this restaurant the drinks were amazing the food just delicious and everything was perfectly cooked and fresh everything about this restaurant was great and I would definitely be coming back very soon.

First time here, came for a late lunch. I liked the fact that it is basically a full on restaurant with a full bar since most restaurants in Nordstrom don't have that. Given that it was a late lunch the place wasn't too busy but the food did take really long to get and none of us got anything complex, just a couple sandwiches and a salad. So not sure why it took so long. I would say my sandwich was ok the bread was a little too burnt for my liking. The French fries have a strong rosemary seasoning which is good if you really like rosemary for some might be a little too potent. I tried my nephews Mac and cheese which was very watered down but I mean he ate it so I guess it's fine. My other complaint was for the salad they didn't cook the steak to order and given that the customer was pregnant the meat had to be done properly, but the waiter had no problem taking it back and they cooked it a bit longer. So the staff was at least friendly. I mean i know a few people that rave about this place so I wouldn't mind trying it again and trying some of their other items on the menu

Bazille is the main restaurant at Nordstrom in the SoNo Collection. It's In the middle of the store. There's also a huge bar. I had the French Onion soup. Actually it was called something like 'the best part of French Onion Soup.' There was little broth, and it was mostly onions and cheese and pieces of baguette. It was good.

Well, three times the charm. I went back to Bazille for the third time and I was greeted by Shar and Bianca. Lovely ladies full of charm. I had a cranberry and Prosecco cocktail . it was in a nice flute glass. A terrific way to start of the afternoon. Then I had the Nordstrom burger which is yummy. I ended up with a humongous layered lemon cake with lemon sorbet. As usual they didn't dissapoint. I have to call and buy their coffee and tomato sauce which is definitely going to be yummy. Thanks girls! You re the best!

We love the NORDSTROM restaurants! Great food and choices on the menu for lunch. They even have a weekend brunch menu. Our server, Charlene was amazing. Super friendly, competent, gracious and went above and beyond for us. The people make the place. She was excellent! We will be back!
