I called to see if i could bring in my service animal, the person i called told me "honey, i dont care what service animal you bring it, it doesnt matter" in a VERY rude attitude then proceeded to hang up on me, and i was very uncomfortable with her response. I DO NOT recommend this restraunt because the service is TERRIBLE!

I have eaten a lot of steaks in my life. Last night's bone-in strip was one of the best I have eaten. Perfectly prepared, well-marbled, and appropriately aged. The service, headed by Caesar, was excellent as always.

We decided to kick off the weekend and grab a bite in the bar. The service was outstanding and friendly and the food came out perfectly. This is a great place for a full out steakhouse meal or to grab a cocktail and watch the game or to have a burger at the bar. Good spot!

This was my first visit to Blackstone. I have become interested in eating steak periodically and have been finding out the best places to visit. Blackstone was a good choice. Beyond the steaks, they appear to have a broad menu including other types of meat and seafood. Good food. Good waitstaff. Not noisy. Definitely planning to revisit.

It’s a bit magical when the staff greets you by name and treats you like family, the bartender knows your favorite drinks and they never rush you through your meal. Perhaps most impressive is how consistent the kitchen is: busy weekend or quiet weeknight, the food is always cooked to perfection, and delivered hot to the table! What impressive teamwork.Favorite dishes include:- Escargot (great portions, delicate flavor, not over cooked)- Surf and turf- Fresh oysters- Bone-in ribeye (medium rare!)- Daily fish specialsNever disappoints!
We took my parents and daughter for her 20th birthday. The food was amazing and they surprised her with a dessert and candle and the entire restaurant joined in for “Happy Birthday”. My soup was a little lukewarm but that was the only negative!!

It was only the second time I've ever had to get up and leave before even getting served. I felt like I was in the middle of a college cafeteria. It was so loud I couldn't have a conversation with the person across from me at a two person table. Then a huge cart comes around with dirty dishes to clear the table next to us. It's possible the food is amazing, but you're out of your mind if you want to pay those prices for that atmosphere.

I reserved a table for 8pm and got there at 740pm. They put water and bread on the table. Not one waiter came to serve us for 50 mins. My wife finally said let's go somewhere else. We ended up tracking down a waiter and told them we needed to go and did we have a bill? They charged up $10 for water and bread. No one asked any questions. The place looks very upscale and the food looked amazing on other tables. But the service we recieved was not going to be worth the price. Some might say they were busy. There were several empty tables so I could not understand what the excuse would be for them to not even acknowledge us. This was a dinner date for my wife. We found another restaurant that was way busier than this restaurant and they served us almost right away. They did not know the story about how we ended up there. Food was amazing and planning to go back with the kids.
