Currently they are closed for dine-in so ordered takeout tonight. I waited patiently for 5 minutes in the lobby of the restaurant as two people put together orders at the counter. I tapped on the glass several times, said hello etc, to get someone attentions to avail. Finally tapped louder just to get some form of acknowledgement and one of the staff members barely glanced over at me and just raised his finger as to say one minute. When I brought it up to him, he just shrugged it off. No apology, “we’re very busy” etc. Haven’t been here in a while, but just felt like the staff was kind of rude.
I absolutely love their food. It's fresh and has an good flavor. I do not mind driving from Bpt to pick up my order. The wings, Mac and cheese and their shrimp dishes are delicious.
poor ordering service. I have never been inside the building but I can tell you that ordering from them is a disaster. They take forever to pick up the phone (they usually don't answer it at all), they can comprehend basic instructions via Uber eats, and the delivered food tastes lazily made. I used to be a loyal customer, not anymore see ya Bobby Q's
you get all excited to get some bbq and google has them being open but the doors are closed. learn how to change your hours on google and don't make someone drive all the way there to find your doors closed
The BBQ ranch salad with pulled pork was excellent. My parents had the KC Brisket specialty sandwich and they loved it!
Disappointed that we couldn't do dine-in so we did carryout and the food was absolutely fantastic!
Don’t bother, baby back ribs weren’t cooked, Mac and cheese had a hair in it. Wings and slaw were good. No manager available when we called. Another Norwalk bbq bust! All in the trash.
Ordered the triple threat, burnt ends and fries to be delivered. Everything was so incredibly dry like it had been sitting there all day. Not fresh at all. Very poor representation of American BBQ food. Threw it all away after a few bites.
Foods solid. Absolutely atrocious communication for your customer base. Do you realize how many people show up on a daily basis to a bunch of locked doors? I’m talking prime time lunch time on Thursdays and Fridays. There is no rhyme or reason to your schedule. And it’s always changing!
Let me start off by saying, the food was good... just not the level of barbeque I was hoping for.First of all, they are only open Thursday-Sunday (which happens sometimes for non-BBQ states).Second, I ordered the Triple Threat (St. Louis ribs, brisket, and pulled pork) along with the beans and rice and cornbread.. Basically, the three staples of good bbq. I was... underwhelmed.Unfortunately, there was no dine-in when I went so all food was to-go. They gave me my food and I took it back to eat. I wish I had checked before leaving but I assumed they would give me enough bbq sauce in my order but it came with 1 ounce of sauce for three helpings of meat. To be fair, the brisket and ribs already had some sauce on them but 1 ounce was not anywhere close to enough sauce for all three portions of meat. The good first: the ribs were excellent! They were tender and peeled right off the bone. I was a little surprised when I peeled the three ribs apart and realized that I was also given the bottom connecting bone. This is a bit uncommon because the ribs did not fully come apart as usual. I'm not actually complaining about this because it meant more meat but was unexpected. Overall, if I were to go back, I would definitely gets the ribs again. For the brisket, I can't say much good about the brisket. I don't know what to say except that I suspect it's baked. I know, shocker! There was not any bark (this is the harder or crunchier outer layer of the brisket), there was not the pink layer on the outer tips (this comes from being smoked), it was all basically the same deep brown color and with sauce already on the top of it. Yet even with all of this, it was very tender which to me implies that it was likely baked. I could be mistaken and maybe I just got a bad batch, but for anyone who is looking for high-end brisket, I would pass here. For the pulled pork, this was also tender but it had absolutely no flavor. I was expecting some sort of salt/pepper base or maybe some local flavor like a chili seasoning or something but instead, it was just bland. And unfortunately, with the very small amount of bbq sauce, this was my least favorite part of the meal with respect to the meats. For the sides, the beans and rice were extremely disappointing. I was expecting something very hearty and even though the description states that it is served with vegetables, I was expecting something more... bbq-like. Instead, if you've ever had spanish rice and beans (think yellow rice with small pieces of bell peppers), then that's mostly what they served here. Instead of pieces of bell peppers, it was either carrots or sweet potato chunks. Very little flavor and not enjoyable.I did not eat the cornbread as I ended up filling up on the other parts of the meal.Overall, it was the only American bbq place in the area (there was a Brazilian bbq a few blocks over) so something is better than nothing but if you're used to high-end bbq (think Kansas City, Texas, etc.), then everything but the ribs will likely be disappointing. If you plan to go, get the ribs and enjoy a great meal!

Unfortunately our food was awful. The ribs weren't cooked all the way through. And there was a hair in our mac & cheese. Our experience was horrible. We won't return
best BBQ around. no one comes close
I've visited Bobby Qs a few times for take out and have never been disappointed. From pulled pork, to wings and even dessert I've always enjoyed the meal. Great selection for us meat lovers out there, and I will keep returning!
Somedays good, somedays its a miss.
Unfortunately upon ordering the brisket I received, Dry, brown, non juicy brisket. If you like dry, non juicy brisket this place is for you. Other barbecue places are much better like Hoodoo browns BBQ. I would avoid this place unfortunately.
