Currently they are closed for dine-in so ordered takeout tonight. I waited patiently for 5 minutes in the lobby of the restaurant as two people put together orders at the counter. I tapped on the glass several times, said hello etc, to get someone attentions to avail. Finally tapped louder just to get some form of acknowledgement and one of the staff members barely glanced over at me and just raised his finger as to say one minute. When I brought it up to him, he just shrugged it off. No apology, “we’re very busy” etc. Haven’t been here in a while, but just felt like the staff was kind of rude.

2022 has begun and Covid still seems to be the excuse for everything wrong! My father brother and I showed up expecting to have a great meal all to find out that they are only offering takeout. Their website has no indication or information stating that they are only offering takeout. I made the 25 minute drive just to find this out. I'm not sure if their reasoning behind this is due to Covid but at this point in time it's ridiculous. Mask mandates are gone as well as all other Covid restrictions and this still seems to be the trend amongst many restaurants. I can imagine they are bleeding money currently due to their terrible business decisions!

I absolutely love their food. It's fresh and has an good flavor. I do not mind driving from Bpt to pick up my order. The wings, Mac and cheese and their shrimp dishes are delicious.

Limited days you can order take out but this place is an awesome bbq spot. Love the brisket sandwich. Can't wait until it opens again for in house dining! 5*!

New Years Eve takeout. Besides the reality that there would be zero revelry at my place we decided to order takeout. After consulting with a BBQ Master Judge (I'm dead serious) we decided to give it a go. Ordering over the phone was easy as pie. We got a full rack of ribs, turkey, sausage and pulled pork. Sides were cole slaw, Mac and Cheese, collards and Corn Muffins. Not the most creative BBQ ordering, eh? Food was good. The sausage looked like a grilled hotdog so I was skeptical. It was very good. Turkey was exceptional! The rest was just what the BBQ doctor ordered. The sauce was a bit tangy and good. Flavored butter for the muffins was also good. Not a bad takeout for Fairfield County. Happy New Year!

Bobby Q's Cue genuinely seems like a place that would be a super fun joint to hit up on a weekend with friends. Unfortunately, takeout is the only option at the moment, making it challenging to get a real BBQ experience. The sausage had fantastic flavor though the pulled pork was a bit dry and cold. Mac and cheese and coke slaw weren't bad at all. Overall, I enjoyed some of the food though I didn't find this to be a phenomenal BBQ restaurant. My partner had a BBQ pizza which was swimming in cheese but lacked a lot of BBQ flavor.

They don't offer takeout Monday - Wednesday... Stupid... I would not recommend as a takeout location.

poor ordering service. I have never been inside the building but I can tell you that ordering from them is a disaster. They take forever to pick up the phone (they usually don't answer it at all), they can comprehend basic instructions via Uber eats, and the delivered food tastes lazily made. I used to be a loyal customer, not anymore see ya Bobby Q's

you get all excited to get some bbq and google has them being open but the doors are closed. learn how to change your hours on google and don't make someone drive all the way there to find your doors closed

Great place for take out as that's all they are offering right now. We had the q nachos which were big and had great flavors. The beans and sauce that come with the nachos is a bit sweet on the tongue. The brisket that comes with the sandwich was very tender and had good flavor. The salad was phenomenal great veggies super fresh and crispy. The wings didn't taste to much like hot and spicy like we requested but we're still good. The pickles that come with the brisket sandwich were not sour enough. Take out took longer than they said and we got some crazy bug bites while waiting outside. They take credit cards and parking is street only with pay meters

The BBQ ranch salad with pulled pork was excellent. My parents had the KC Brisket specialty sandwich and they loved it!

Disappointed that we couldn't do dine-in so we did carryout and the food was absolutely fantastic!

Don’t bother, baby back ribs weren’t cooked, Mac and cheese had a hair in it. Wings and slaw were good. No manager available when we called. Another Norwalk bbq bust! All in the trash.

Ordered the triple threat, burnt ends and fries to be delivered. Everything was so incredibly dry like it had been sitting there all day. Not fresh at all. Very poor representation of American BBQ food. Threw it all away after a few bites.

Foods solid. Absolutely atrocious communication for your customer base. Do you realize how many people show up on a daily basis to a bunch of locked doors? I’m talking prime time lunch time on Thursdays and Fridays. There is no rhyme or reason to your schedule. And it’s always changing!
