Service was good. Burger hit the spot as well. I had the turkey burger and it was plenty filling. I subbed out onion rings instead of fries which was a good choice.

I ordered the burger meal. The sides been wrong. When I mentioned that I ordered french fries instead of onion rings, the server took away my plate and 7 minutes later brought back the same burger which got cold with fries. In addition to to dissapoinment of having cold Burger, the bill came with the higher price than listed in menu with no explanation of the difference in price. It feels awful to be fooled and deceived.

Ordered 2 Burgers from the menu. When it's arrived the order came with onion rings and not the fries that is supposed to come with the meal.The server took the food back and said it was the wrong order. 5 minutes later brought the cold food back with fries. When the bill came they charged us the wrong price. The menu said $17:95 for the burger with fries. I was charged $18.67 for each. First the server said the fries were extra when it was clearly included in the price. Asked for the manager and the person who came over was not the manager said the difference was the tax. Tax was in addition at the bottom of receipt and not the error in price. Then he blamed it on the computer. At this price point you would expect better. You can get better service and food at McDonald's. Caviet Emptor.

I ordered a boss burger takeout asked for it to be well cooked. I got home when i wane eat the burger it tasted like fish it was cooked with fish or something and it was raw inside it was not cooked as what i asked for. I try calling them there line keep saying busy. I send them n message in the takeout app they never respond back what a waste of $22.64. For that amount i pay for a burger it should be as what i order it to be and not tast like fish.

This place is amazing. Their menu has lots of options and toppings and it took time to decide what to get! I had a veggie burger and my friend the philly cheese steak wedge. The Philly sandwich tasted like heaven and the parmesan truffle fries good. The blue cheese dip was great. For sure coming back!!

Read many reviews that said this is the best burger in town, but I disagree. I appreciate how much meat they give you, but the burger is so massive you cannot eat it as you should a burger. Bun was thick as well, and I guess this was to balance out the meat portion, but just made the burger so enormous to enjoy each bite with every topping. Flavor was good, fries were good, but not amazing like every other review. Service was good. Will come back to try other things again though!
