This place is not open on Mondays, yet the google maps hours say they are. If you change your hours, do not leave it incorrect online. That is terrible customer service and an extremely annoying inconvenience to anyone traveling to visit.

so we doordashed the order bc my gf and i are on a road trip. put the order to pick up for 1-1:10. my gf gets in at 1:05. guy says to wait 8 mins, thats okay. it is now 1:37. the only reason we stayed for the order is because we had already paid for it. we got coconut milk, a passionfruit tea, and dubai crepe. they were all fortunately delicious but it wasnt worth the wait and traffic hit. i feel bad because apparently there was only one worker in the store but the wait was ridiculous. they should really try to have more than one person on a shift. we needed to get on the road to avoid traffic and thought ordering ahead would save us time. i had to go in there and try and tell the guy we were needed to go asap and his whole station was a mess bc the poor guy is running the whole shop alone. there should at least be someone else doing register and orders. would go here again once i saw more worker but this was a horrible first impression

Very good and love their fruit tea boba in the summer. I will say that sometimes the boba itself can be a bit hard, but otherwise it is usually perfect. Staff are also very nice, accommodating, and always willing to make sure you enjoy your drink.

We had a sandwich and crepe that we split and we stayed to play a game. It was a fun atmosphere and our food was just phenomenal!!!
My brother ate his with chopsticks because he is “extra.” Haha.

Establishment is really clean, modern and spacious. Shout out to Sophia holding it down at the register and slaying making teas! I would return just because of the service I received from her! She was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me during my [first] visit and made me a very flavorful non-dairy mango, vanilla milk tea that took into consideration my request for significantly less sugar than normal. I highly recommend you take a visit!
Parking: Parking is difficult to find. Paid street parking. You can get 15 minutes free by putting in your plate number at the machine where you pay for parking.

My new favorite bubble spot. So many options, flavors, and extras—I can’t wait to try it all. I got the honeydew and the matcha with tapioca boba and it disappeared quickly (not at all due to the size—enormous!!). So many bobas as well, I love when there’s plenty to slurp at the end. I’m so excited for the merch and authentic treats to try. I was in a flurry, but I’m so thankful for the bobarista that worked this afternoon (9/27/24) because I left my card! She was waiting at the door for me. And she made sure I got to my car okay with my drinks!! Can’t wait to visit again, the perfect treat for after work.

One of the worst bubble tea places that I have been in. I am so pissed off because the lady on the counter took too long to make only three bubble teas. We waited there for about 20 minutes. We asked some questions about the menu and she didn’t even answer properly, she just repeated the same thing that was on the menu. One of the cups was broken and I had to throw it away, because I couldn’t even drink it, and when I came back to the store for asking her for another cup, she didn’t even opened the door and just ignored me. We paid almost $30 for three bubble teas, and it wasn’t even worth it. The price is definitely too much for the poor service, experience and flavor. We’re definitely not going back there never again. I would much prefer throwing away my money than giving it to that store.

Everyone is so friendly here and the atmosphere is 100/10. The bubble tea here is amazing too! My personal favorite is the mango milk tea with tapioca pearls and mango popping boba. I once asked one of the cashiers for their opinion on which tea I should get because I was feeling indecisive on that day, and they really know their stuff about their tea. I don’t remember what they ended up suggesting because this was a while ago, but it was so good and something I would never have thought to try.
