You know 40 years ago when Burger King was the new kid on the block, they were unique. The concept of a grilled fast food burger was novel. Fast forward to today. The service is nothing to celebrate, the burger is now standard fair fast food. It's slapped together by someone that does not care. There was a time when going to a Burger King or any of its competitors was a less expensive alternative to a diner, but no more. A local diner offers a better value maybe not that quick stop but on a value quotient an equal.

I ordered takeout and when I got home instead of the chicken sandwiches I ordered, I got wraps. Thanks BK employees ... I don't eat wraps and you are 20 minutes from my house so I won't go back. The store was empty, so I don't know how you messed up such a simple order. It's not the first time you've made mistakes but it will be the last. Stay away from BK Main Ave., in Norwalk.

This has been a repeated issue. I've ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, no lettuce and no tomato. They will give me a plain sandwich. That's not what I ordered! The lazy employees either don't know the menu or are too lazy to correctly place my order. I'm dissatisfied. This hasn't been an issue at any other locations. Subpar service as well.
