Always a nice way to get the day going. Paul, the owner is very friendly and always remembers my name. I feel like family here and always enjoy whichever beverage or treat I choose!

Cakes and brownies are super good. As well as coffee. Very cozy place. Staff super nice but only one lady serving, preparing coffee and cashier.

Best coffee, service impeccable. Clean with a simple ambiance. Everything prepared to order with care. A must stop in the area.

Coffey was bomb. Reasonable price, 10/10 flavor, and not too hot. Brownies were pretty good as well.

I am not from Norwalk; but here visiting family. The food is standard cafe goods and the coffee is Lavazza. Customer service is a mixed bag. I've had alright experiences in the past, but the most recent trip was enough that I won't come back. Our family situation is complex, and what looks like a "typical child tantrum" is a little more nuanced/complicated. There are more professional and empathic ways to check in with a family of small kids then saying, "I am sorry I know he is a baby, but this is a business and there are other customers". I personally would've preferred a, "hi, I noticed the child is really upset. Is everything ok?". A little bit of understanding and courtesy goes a long way. Trust me, when he approached, we were already assessing whether or not this was a sensory meltdown we could manage. Which, we had sorted out within five minutes of sitting him down. And yes, to be fair, this is his business. But on a flipside, I am a paying customer and will take my business elsewhere and stick to places that can accommodate a wider community (that includes disabilities/disabled children).

The coffee tasted burnt. The price is also super expensive, they think they can have Starbucks pricing. The wait was long, the barista wasn't that personable. The inside is poorly decorated, pretty old school and bland.

We recently traveled down from the Hartford area to meet our son who attends college on Long Island and found this gem. Our drinks and bakery items were absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend this cute cafe!

I actually loved this place. The owner served us at the counter and was super sweet and funny. He offered us all the options of pastries that he had and told us about the ones we hadn't heard of before. Such a cute little place, definitely recommend.

My partner and I came here after a red eye to get some work done while waiting for our room to be ready at the Norwalk Inn. We bought 2 lattes and a bottle of water and left a tip. After a bit the owner threatened to charge us for being there too long. That struck odd since there were people there still working when we left who were there when we first arrived. Not sure what the rules are here but expect to get hassled if you want to come here to get some work done.
