7/7/25 Update Not a very good experience. The omelet was flat & salty almostseemed like they only used one egg. Not the usual fluffy omelet they serve. Also we requested a deconstructed breakfast burrito to remove the tortilla due to a gluten allergy & the waiter refused saying we do offer that option. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment but after today IDK.....

Stopped by Cafe Social for their Father’s Day brunch — it was packed, which gave it a lively vibe. The food was solid; I had the egg wraps and tried one of their lavender drinks, both were really good.
However, service was a bit off. We had to wait quite a while for milk, and by the time it arrived, the coffee had gone cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which took away from the overall experience.
Good food, but they need to improve the service — especially during busy hours.

We got 3 coffees and were charged a 20% automatic tip. It was $32 for 3 coffees. We were a party of 3 getting coffee and the waiter was hardly present. We had to wait 5-7 minutes each time we tried to call her. The wrong coffee was also brought out for one of my friends. I would like to add that the menu said a charge of 20% would only be added for parties of 5/6. Again, we were 3 people getting coffee. Ended up paying 1/3 of our bill to tax and tip. Feels a bit ridiculous.

Had breakfast with hubby while visiting. Really good food. Big portion. We can share one breakfast Benny. Forgot to take photos. Coffee is good with a lot of choices. Good place overall. Worth recommending.
Conveniently located in SoNo, lots of parking in the back. Outstanding menu, delicious food and drinks, decadent coffees and pastries, love the staff.

My husband and I visited Cafe Social while attending a medical conference in Norwalk. The Indian/Black descent waitress seated us and didn’t take our order for more than 20 minutes although she was seating and taking orders from customers who arrived after us. Finally, when she came to take our order, she had a bad attitude. Even going so far to give disdain looks to a fellow employee who was behind the counter. Afterwards, a young man brought us our food, my husband had to literally flag her down to ask if we could get some silverware and napkins! In retrospect, this waitress practiced self racism at its finest. Unfortunately, until the management address this offensive behavior my advice to minorities is to spend your money where it’s appreciated. And there are a lot of nice restaurants in Norwalk to choose from.

This place is family owned and you can see it by just talking to the people. It is a very very very warm atmosphere. They have so many interesting recipes and often it has a greek influence. We come here every weekend and it has never disappointed.
