Custom cake for a 5th birthday was perfect. Butterfly with custom colors. All of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Horrible service/ rude people!Do yourself a favor and don’t order a cake there.I was talking to them over the phone, trying to place an order, and their “decorator” told me:I don’t understand what are you saying, I don’t have time for you and hung up.

The cherry and chocolate dip coatings were tasteless and their consistencies were very unpleasant like chewing wax. What has happened to these previously favorite toppings? Please fix the ingredients and bring back butterscotch too.

The staff was super friendly. Great location. The ice cream was trash! I ordered a ice cream chocolate chip cookie sandwich and a party cake cone. They both tasted stale and artificial. I love ice cream and I actually threw both items in the trash. I even tasted the grape nut flavor as a sample and it was disgusting. I would never go back again.

Can't help but smile when you eat their ice cream. My grandmother used to always love stopping in for a vanilla milkshake after a busy day of Sunday food shopping. Nothing beats Carvel!

To the young lady that made my husband’s ice cream tonight, thank you! We just received news that a family member passed away and we’re sad so we decided to get some ice cream. This was probably the most presentable ice cream we’ve ever received and as small as it may seem, it made our night. Thank you again.
