Staff are nice enough, all the complaints are from big babies who didn't like the staff that served them. If someone messed up your order on a cake just have them fix it, if the place doesn't honor a promo go somewhere else. I've never had a bad experience and it's Carvel so it's always great!

we were staying at the Courtyard next door, so husband walked over to fetch our dessert. The banana caramel sundae. OH. MY. GRAVY. 10 out of 10. SO delicious. Staff was kind, order was perfect. Would return.

As a CT native and growing up on carvel as a treat, I decided to purchase a soft serve cone today. The young lady kindly took my order and I handed her the money for payment. Prior to her closing out the sale, the apparent manager, told the young lady that a soft serve would not work in a sugar cone and I would have to purchase a waffle cone instead. Meanwhile, in the photos hanging above, behind the counter have pictures of soft serve in sugar cones. The price increase was $1+ change. The cost is not the issue here. It's the overall rudeness of the mod.

messed up the whole cake, asked for blue and red got white, and asked for a big cake that can serve about 17 about and got a baby sized cake.

You can't go wrong with Carvel. I love a soft served but not all are created equal. There is a big difference between carvel and the rest of them. Fast service. Nice workers.
I was in the mood for a cone. I stopped in after having gone to Walmart. I asked for a small cone. It was delicious.

We came early and the owner just happened to arrive early with us. We needed a cake and she took us in early as she was walking in to open and got our cake and hand wrote on it. That is such great service. She was so kind and accommodating.

We stopped by to get a Carvel cake and decided not to fake a "Happy Birthday" or whatever inscription. We just wanted Carvel - okay? No judgement from the woman there. We were with my baby and she was super friendly and nice. We'll definitely come back. There's just nothing like those Carvel chocolate crunchies.
