i love chick fila but the food they gave me was absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK FIL A! I’ll leave an example with a picture of my mac and cheese you tell me if this looks appetizing. Also when calling them and asking for a refund they told me they have a no refund policy.

I don’t know what all the hype is about with chick-fil-a. It was alright chicken was tasty and fries were just that, fries. My husband got a strawberry milkshake which he said was very good. I got a frosted lemonade. I didn’t care for it I would try another shake but I have no plans on returning. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean.

I absolutely LOVE this Chick-fil-A location. Been going here for about a year now because it’s closest to my church and I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff or my food (other than my fries being too salty)

I have been to several Chick-fil-A but this was different. No salt fries offered. Fries had a ton of salt, sandwich was cold, sauces were not correct in the tray. Overall experience was very disappointing. I would think twice before visiting this location.

Usually this place is so good and consistent. But I went and the quality of the sandwich has plummeted. Not great chicken. Flat, old bun. Just overall poor compared to where it used to be.

The first drive thru person in the outer lane was rude and disrespectful.
Because of that I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
They said no refunds because it was already made.
Then they said call the police.
Then the manager said you have to cancel thru app. No option available so she canceled on her side.
The employee inside the store was rude too.
