This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. I placed a dine-in order, yet they still made me get up and pick it up myself—only to hand me the wrong order. My milkshake was missing, and they claimed they “ran out of whipped cream.” On top of that, my food was cold because they said they were “looking for me,” even though I clearly stated it was dine-in. I let them know I was upset and even spoke with the manager, but I didn’t receive a single apology or any attempt to make things right. No acknowledgment, no compensation—nothing. For a place known for customer service, this location completely failed. I hope they seriously fix the way they treat customers.
