I had a great experience I got the 8 nuggets fries and a sweet tea put the tea really didn't taste sweet. My friend got some kind of chicken salad and she got violently ill.Vegetarian options: Fries Mac and cheese fruit bowls shakes
This Chick-fil-A in Norwalk, CT should be ashamed with a Manager named JD. We are in a Nor’ Easter and the wind is at extreme high speeds that shook my car when still, rain coming down extremely hard and SIDEWAYS at great speed and strength and he has these two boys soaking wet and cold taking orders outside and while taking my order one of them had the wind and sideways rain pelting their faces…. Their faces soaking wet. It’s freezing temps outside now too. This is disgusting! You can’t treat people like this… This manager then does not give me a receipt, when I called the number on the receipt, JD, the manager on many times on purpose hung up the phone like this was a game. I never could leave a message for his boss. He goes no one is above me. This is completely criminal and inhumane behavior. I want to speak to the owner of this location. I already made contact with corporate and Chick-fil-A corporate security as well and have the email for the PR team too. I have never seen staff treated so badly by this manager. Completely unforgivable, lowest level and CRUELTY by a Manager ever. The look on the two boys faces outside I’ll never forget. Hard workers! These conditions were just beyond horrible! All of this for a dollar.. Check the security videos for how bad this manager let his staff be outside in a Nor’ Easter storm.I have grown up with Chick-fil-A being from Florida and never ever ever ever ever seen this before.

the food is of course so so good and the employees are extremely polite when you sit inside, it it not dirty neither are the bathrooms. it is the best atmosphere for a fast food restraunt i think i have ever seen, they take such good care of their costumers and are so caring. 10/10 would go again!!

Tested out nuggets based on a recommendation. They were good, and they have a sriracha sauce. ?What I was really surprised with was the service outside of the drive-thru. It's definitely well organized. I haven't seen that anywhere else in CT.
First time I've been to one that got my order wrong. Just had a different vibe, servers seemed super chaotic had to ask multiple times if my name was x y or z. May need a little help in developing their team.

Still great after 45 years !! Worth every penny. Enjoy3/13/24 Cobb Salad with Chicken. Was ok. Nothing special. Maybe the lettuce choice or small chopped pieces. Wendy's is actually tastier. Sorry.Love the recently remodeled/ reconfigured Take Out lines and Pick Up process. Great Job!

I waited an hour for a milk shake and told 2 employees about the order they just nodded their head and said they will go and check on it, 10 minutes later they both finished their shift and had their street clothes on and walked by and pointed and laughed at me (2 young girl employees) the time was 6:26 on7/8/21 saw them get into a car and leave....extremely rude and unprofessional I'm diassapointed with chick fil a for hiring employees with such bad etiquette but I guess that's what happens when you employ children.Ps: I never got the milk shake...unacceptable
