I finally got take out from the newly reopened Chiu Fai Garden restaurant near Stew Leonard’s in Norwalk. I used to go there for chicken chow mein but then there was that fire! I was so happy to hear they are open. The lunch was excellent! Not salty! The chicken was very tender. I highly recommend you go back there and start ordering food. Tell them Art sent you!
