Some of the best pizza in Connecticut and the wings are incredible too. Don’t forget to try the Brussels sprouts. Love the ambiance of the place and ownership is so friendly!

My 7 year old son’s review: “This is the best pizza in Connecticut. I love that it’s grilled. Grilled pizza is better than oven pizza. I love the grilled slice it’s just thinner and I love it. My favorite pizza is the Dean Martin.”

I just had my baby shower at Coals and it was an incredible experience. From the pre-planning and coordination with Blanca, the manager, to the actual execution and day of, Blanca and her team blew it out of the park. They went above and beyond and made sure both myself and all our guests were comfortable and well cared for. Plus, the food was top notch and so delicious. People were commenting on how good everything was throughout the event and after! I'd recommend this venue...

Coals is a great restaurant! The food is absolutely amazing and right next to CT’s best gay bar Troupe429! If you’re looking for good food before a night out Coals is the place to go!
