Mike, fondly referred to as "Cueball", ensured a flawless experience, paying meticulous attention to every detail. From my first step into the store, his welcoming smile and readiness to help were evident. During the membership application, he consistently showcased his attentiveness, patience, and thoroughness, addressing all my inquiries and concerns. Mike's unwavering commitment to top-notch customer service shone through in each interaction, making me feel truly valued as part of the CostCo family. Such genuine passion in customer service is a rarity today, and Mike exemplifies the essence of going the extra mile for a customer. A heartfelt thank you to Cueball for making my visit to CostCo in Norwalk, CT, truly unforgettable. Your exemplary service has not only secured my loyalty but also garnered deep respect and admiration. Continue the excellent work!"

this one Star is for how RUDE this employee that goes by " ESTEBAN" I was not at the self checkout. One of the employees forgot to scan one of the product I bought. This guy made me feel that I was robbing the place. Even though someone already check me out. This is so unprofessional and rude person. I've been going to this place ever since they opened. I am appalled to ever encounter such rudeness in my life especially from an employee that works in customer service.

A fairly basic Costco. The parking lot is a complete disaster. It has an entry/exit choke point where people who stop and wait for a space to empty can force you to sit for fifteen minutes to get into the lot. Unfortunately that makes this a destination to go to only if you must. I compare it to Brookfield CT which is infinitely better and even has a Costco liquor store using the same building and a Costco gas station offering consistently lower gas prices. In my travels I have gone to Costco in different parts of the country and they are definitely set up differently. The best I have been to are in Southern California (LA and San Diego).

Only issue with this Costco is the parking lot. Everyone giving 1 star reviews because of that is insane

Excellent value if a giant store. Costco treats their employees better than Walmart or other big box stores. This place is clean, well managed, and they guarantee satisfaction. Use the underground parking to minimize hassle.

Ordered a pizza to take home - not sliced and lightly baked so I could heat it up that night for dinner. They burned it. Always check before you go!

The staff giving out the samples are lovely- great free samples today, Cheetos, boba tea, kombucha lemonade, Coq10 liquid, turmeric liquid, granola, dressed salad, Gouda cheese. Etc etc. The hot dog was fantastic- first time trying it. The chicken bake was salty AF and barely edible. Excited to try this bulgogi beef that was on sale. Update: The bulgogi beef was overall okay. Unimpressed with the texture and the flavor could have used some more heat/spice, wouldn't buy again but was happy to try it at the sale price.

Produce is frequently more expensive and lower quality than local grocery store. Prepackaged quantity frequently has one or two rotted pieces. Very frustrating! Frozen produce is good value, but they go out of stock for weeks.

Lower your expectations on customer service when shopping at this location. Some people working there are not happy and they show it. It's not nice.

Easy to navigate around compared to the 2 level Costco in NY. I mainly go for the fruits and veggies, always plenty in stock and it's organized and clean. Bummer they got rid of their book section but nevertheless Costco always finds something exciting to compensate

I only go here for the pharmacy, and oy... I mean, parking is a *nightmare* and while I have figured out a fairly reliable route through the hordes of people buying God only knows what in massive quantities, it's stressful to go there. But it is the most affordable way to get the multiple medications I need. HOWEVER - my doctor called them all in at once, and somehow, they managed to schedule them so they do not refill on the same date, so I have to go there multiple times a month. They do not auto-refill controlled substances, and if you call them in early (as in even a few days early) they just ignore the call and do not refill it... so I wait until 1-2 days before I am totally out. Difficulty? Apparently, they don't manage their inventory very well - so I have now been two days without an essential anti-anxiety medication and am not doing well because they just sent a text "out of stock - will text you when prescription is ready for pick up." That's... just... great. This, just a few days after I had to pick up a different one, and someone said, "is anyone here NOT waiting for a vaccine?" and I said, "I'm picking up a prescription..." and she walked to the back... and didn't come out. I had to *call the pharmacy from where I was standing* to let them know I'd been waiting 15 minutes to pick up a prescription. I was told, "I thought you said you dropped off a prescription." I said, "did you see me drop off a prescription?" Infuriating... and if I did drop off a prescription, why wasn't it being filled? Nonetheless, I do save hundreds of dollars here, so I guess I have to put up with the inconvenience (including the pharmacy being closed on Sundays, and also not opening until 10am) ... but at the moment I am really not feeling well because I am without my medication. On a weekend, when I couldn't call my doctor to get something called in elsewhere to hold me over.

This Costco is exceptionally overcrowded. The parking lot is pure madness. The members are rude. The staff, however, are very pleasant. Do not go on a weekend.
