I've been going there for a long time, but a few months ago I stopped going because they always gave me bad coffee, but today I decided to go and give it a second chance and I found a label from some can inside my coffee, I'm really sorry but it was one of my favorite places, but no more ðŸ˜

The person taking the order didn't say how much the total would be, and didn't ask basic questions like if i wanted my bread toasted or if I wanted to add anything. I also ordered a large iced coffee with french vanilla syrup. Obviously they aren't aware that ratios change with the size of the coffee because you could not taste the vanilla at all. I asked the lady if she could add more syrup after tasting it and saying you couldn't taste the syrup at all and she took the coffee, and gave it back without a word. Poor customer service. BARISTA NEEDS MORE TRAINING.

Parking: The drive up line interferes with parking lot parking.
I got an egg and cheese everything bagel. It was just avg. Service here is not that great. I was just traveling through the area. Maybe next time I will get a donut instead. If you need something fast, maybe its a good option.

Fast friendly and efficient. They had everything ready including my sandwich before I even paid! Very minimal conversation, but that was a good thing for this time in the morning. Just saying it so you don’t walk in expecting to have one. As far as Sunday morning pick-me-up coffee goes? 10/10.

We loved this coffee shop since we moved to Connecticut, but lately, the drive-thru service in the evenings has been very rude. The young men were cursing out loud about our order. We were not asking for anything for free. We were going to pay for our order, in which we did pay. If they can't deal with customer service, why work at a place where you have to deal with customers.

Very good place, in the last few days I had a horrible experience, you put a smoking area near people who don't like to smoke, the smoking area should be an exclusive area for smokers, don't you think about families? In the children? The vast majority of smokers don't respect, they blow this smoke towards us this is horrible, please improve this is a coffee shop not a Smoke Shop.
