Horrible service. Went back three times fur them to get a egg and cheese wrap right. Put no cheese until the third time. Coffee cold. Never going back again.

Decent if you’re craving a bagel, but the cinnamon raisin one with scallion cream cheese just tasted so mid. Their coffee is good though! I would say if you’re trying to choose a quick bagel on Ct ave, Dunkin’ donuts is cheaper and better quality imo. Could’ve just been too early though. Just decent! No flavor or anything.

I've been going there for a long time, but a few months ago I stopped going because they always gave me bad coffee, but today I decided to go and give it a second chance and I found a label from some can inside my coffee, I'm really sorry but it was one of my favorite places, but no more 😠

The coffee has a flavor of its own that makes you crave it, it's delicious.
The person taking the order didn't say how much the total would be, and didn't ask basic questions like if i wanted my bread toasted or if I wanted to add anything. I also ordered a large iced coffee with french vanilla syrup. Obviously they aren't aware that ratios change with the size of the coffee because you could not taste the vanilla at all. I asked the lady if she could add more syrup after tasting it and saying you couldn't taste the syrup at all and she took the coffee, and gave it back without a word. Poor customer service. BARISTA NEEDS MORE TRAINING.

I got an egg and cheese everything bagel. It was just avg. Service here is not that great. I was just traveling through the area. Maybe next time I will get a donut instead. If you need something fast, maybe its a good option.

Fast friendly and efficient. They had everything ready including my sandwich before I even paid! Very minimal conversation, but that was a good thing for this time in the morning. Just saying it so you don’t walk in expecting to have one. As far as Sunday morning pick-me-up coffee goes? 10/10.
