Parking: Parking in front and drive thru, also loads of street parking around, never had an issue.

Now they’re not 24 hours anymore I have zero reason to come here. Absurd upcharges compared to any other Duchess location, I’ve been served raw potatoes, the drive thru line is just absurdly slow (coming from someone who’s also a delivery driver and is forced to use it because they close the lobby after like 8 PM). I can’t think of a good thing to say about this location. Meanwhile, I’ve never had even the slightest complaint about any other Duchess location I’ve visited. So yeah it’s not worth it… go to Darien or any of the other ones instead I beg you

My third time having my food delivered sucks.. I always order french toast the big deep breakfast I never get napkins or syrup or even a straw when you call and speak to manager she seems to have an attitude all she can say is I'm sorry a lot of The duchess have lost their touch and mostly all the managers have an attitude don't have a complaint that will give you an attitude lost me for a client

It's better than fast food, not as good as a sit down restaurant, but surprisingly good quality overall and affordable. I genuinely miss having one in my home town. They make the food fresh with every order. Great chicken nuggets and curly fries.

Arrived at the drive through around 1:20AM and received my food at 1:50AM. The fries were room temperature and the milk shakes were melting and not completely mixed.

Awesome food! Coworker and I were in the area for work and we don’t have a Duchess around our area in ct, absolutely loved our meals. Probably the only place that I’ve gone to that has fresh fast food, you see people actually making ur food and it isn’t some type of reheat and serve restaurant, and you don’t feel horrible after eating it either. Plus the manager who took our order was very pleasant easy going funny guy who was social with staff and customers. I’d recommend to anyone along with the prices not being horrible for the portion you get. Solid lunch for sure
