First timer for this Chain and will likely be the last. Got the Bacon Cheddar BBQ Burger and it wasn't very good. Was a little tasteless, yet had an off taste at the same time if that makes sense. Fries were cold. Asked for no ice in my soda and ended up being all ice.

Duchess is awesome and duchess dos it fresh! But this location has its issues. Specifically cleanliness. Wash the tables. Service and clean the soda machine. Kick out the vagrants. Thanks

During night hours supposed to be faster service because it's not that busy but the service is extremely slow

Great fast food ... it's more like diner food than fast food, drive thru is a little slow but worth it.. (update) The food is starting to get expensive it's still good but it's almost become not worth it because of the big price jump, very sad this was one of my favorite places to eat but because of the price increase I will not be eating here as often

This place has good food, but it is like eating at a fast food restaurant. You pick up your food on a tray at the counter. The Texas toast french toast was really good.
Was at drive up on multiple occasions and watched the workers hands in the ice with no gloves on they use a scoop but the servers hands still touch the ice Spoke to manager he got mad and told me ice isn’t good if you consume it I

Phenomenal egg sandwiches. OK, just lots of great fare that won't break the bank. A dying breed of chain that offers quality and value. If you don't want to choose just one or the other, this is your spot.
Parking: Parking in front and drive thru, also loads of street parking around, never had an issue.
Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly.

Now they’re not 24 hours anymore I have zero reason to come here. Absurd upcharges compared to any other Duchess location, I’ve been served raw potatoes, the drive thru line is just absurdly slow (coming from someone who’s also a delivery driver and is forced to use it because they close the lobby after like 8 PM). I can’t think of a good thing to say about this location. Meanwhile, I’ve never had even the slightest complaint about any other Duchess location I’ve visited. So yeah it’s not worth it… go to Darien or any of the other ones instead I beg you
