Don’t waste your time going here. Service is terrible. Takes forever. Workers don’t understand you. Consistent issue and won’t be coming back to this specific Dunkin.

Stephanie Maria or maybe Marie and one other girl extremely rude and worst customer service ever in the middle of a snowstorm. I asked them if they could put the drinks in a bag with the drink holders and they did nothing but complain most unprofessional people I've ever met.

This Dunkin is in desperate need of a new morning staff, manager and all. 20 minutes in the drive through is INSANE, nasty attitudes serving people is DISGRACEFUL, and the food and coffee being cold is DIABOLICAL. America doesn't run on this Dunkin. Please have corporate evaluate.

There were other employees talking to the attending employee standing in front of the donut display. I could not really see what was available, and it was rude. I came home without a certain donut I ordered that my husband wanted. You can not socialize while serving.

The manager( named- junior) at this Dunkin' location is fantastic! They are professional, approachable, and ensure the team delivers excellent service. It’s clear they care about both the staff and the customers, creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Great leadership makes all the difference—kudos to the manager and the entire team!

I know there's a timer in drive thru but please don't burn the food. I got the stuffed mini bagels and both the bagel and the cream cheese inside were burnt. The bagel was chewy in a way I was not expecting because it was over done. Please do better.

the woman taking out order was rude and had an attitude with the customers. But once we got to the window, the overnight guy, Johnathan, came to the window and handled the situation so amazingly. the line was insanely long to the point where people were leaving after their order had been placed. Johnathan was able to stay calm and was very kind to everyone in line. He deserves a raise or at least better position

The drive thru is a 20+ minute wait if there’s more than one car in line. Either go inside if you’re in a hurry or just find another option.

Went through the drive thru this morning . What a horrible mess. They were telling people to pull aside to wait for their order. People were legit pulling out of the drive thru because the wait line was beyond ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes for 2 iced coffees, a wrap and avocado toast.. not only was my avocado toast COLD ( I'm not sure the how food that just came out of the oven can be cold) but the box it came in was filled with OTHER food. The outside had cream cheese on it & the inside of my box had CHEESE. Avocado toast doesn't have cream cheese or cheese so there should have been no reason as to why my box was disgustingly messy like that. Anyways I didn't have time to waste by having them make it over so I just threw my toast away & drink my iced coffee. Would never return here again.... They are extremely understaffed & need more employees . Yuck yuck yuck! Do better
