Went in and stood at counter for 10 minutes along with another customer and the male employee was sound asleep. We both left after the 10 minutes and went to the other one less than a mile away.

ABSOLUTELY one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to every time I go there it always smells and the tables are dirty too plus the employees there look like they hate there job as if they don’t wanna be there u can just see it in there face. Weird. It’s like they can only be nice to customers they know rather than all the other customers like why don’t u be nice to everyone!!

I totally those DD owners who don’t let use customers bathroom in NYC and even out side of NYC.

I went to dunkin' donuts this morning I do not appreciate the way the associate was talking to me slamming everything and she threw my food in front of my face. She has bad customer service she needs to be retrained again on how to talk to customers. This is not the first time this situation happened when I go to this dunkin' donuts.And I want my money back since I'm not satisfied with my service and this happens all the time.

it's just a problem, we urgently need another worker, because one worker there just can't do too much work for one, so I'll ask the superiors to take this into account, because it's very difficult and unfair for one aratsivnik, so four stars and not five;/

They always take 100 years to complete an order when there’s nobody else on line

Was waiting at the counter for about 15seconds not one employee present, both walked out from back; one without a mask, the other one helped me but just stood at the counter with no greeting. Wished me a nice day, though
