Unbelievable the 2nd time i have asked for Toasted and got my bagel untoasted with a Glob of creamcheese! Yes it is important to keep the line down but do you know how annoying it is to get to work/home and your order is wrong!! It's not like DD Prices are cheap anymore so we expect to get what we paid for.. Just annoyed and NOT coming back!!

Absolutely love this Dunkin. Everyone you order from in the drive thru is awesome. The donuts with fillings are always full and you get what you pay for and then some. Coffee is always hot, fresh and tasty. I'm a New Yorker and have yet to find a Dunkin that fills their filled donuts better than this one here...

Food was horrible, 3 small mahi tacos $30.00 our waitress left us the whole time. I never will go there again l, hardly ate $197 + tip i swear I left hungry.

Asked for wake up wraps with no eggs as I cannot have them and what do you know they have egg on them. Good thing I checked before I took a bite into it. You think something as simple as no eggs could get through their heads but apparently it does, in one ear and out the other.

The lady at drive thru was very rude. She charged us for extra butter even we paid for 0.29 Extra butter. But again she charged 0.50/ butter. We asked nicely that at least 2 or three butter come with bagel if we order butter on side. But she said no either take it or leave it and I am the manager. My son was very upset on this behavior and she refuses to give her name. My son eats Bagel toasted with butter on side every day. We never had that issue. She should be questioned for her rude behavior. It was not nice.

I usually have a fine experience here, but today I pulled into the drive thru around 1pm, I was the only car in the drive thru, and I pulled up to order and asked them to give me a minute while I looked at the menu. There were some new drinks advertised and the sandwich I planned on ordering was not on the menu, so it took me a minute or so to order. I was given 30 seconds before a different person asked me what I wanted. This new person seemed to have a hard time understanding me. Meanwhile I am still the only car in the drive thru. The whole thing took no longer than 2 minutes all together. I got to the window and paid and was given my drink, and then as I was waiting for my food, an employee came up to the window and asked me how I was doing in a very friendly way, then proceeded to say something along the lines of "just for the future, you should know what you want before you get to the speaker to order as to be respectful of the cars behind you". At this moment I looked behind me and there was 1 car.
Wow! Thanks dunkin donuts employee! As if I have the updated dunkin donuts menu plastered behind my eyelids at all times. What a wild thing to say to a customer after taking all of 2 minutes to order at 1pm.
Despite the PMS rage that was building up inside of me, I politely said, "well I don't know what I want until I look at the menu" and drove away. Truly I've never left a bad review in my life but holy hell this made me so mad.

Hands down one of the more efficient Dunkin locations out there. Very professional staff that has a great system in place for service. Made my work trip a little bit nicer with their kindness, they really care about what they’re doing.

On 4/21/24 I bought a latte and a donut at the drive thru. I am grateful that I looked carefully at the donut first rather than just taking a bite. There was what appeared to be a pubic hair on the donut. Will not be going back.

I was in this location on 10/25/23 and usually I go to the drive thru but today I went inside. Your employee Silvana (sorry not sure of the correct spelling) gave exceptional service, which she usually does. It seemed today they might have been short staffed so the wait time was longer than normal, but she worked extremely hard to get us out within a reasonable time. She was filling multiple orders at once. My friend and I felt bad for her because we could see the stress on her face. But like a trooper she kept it moving. Huge shoutout to her. She should be compensated generously. She usually takes care of me when I go to the drive thru. She is very nice and pleasant. Kuddos to her.
