So upset I came to this place almost 5 minutes before 10pm it was Friday 11th ( April ) and the business hours say closed at 10pm , the employee saw my car pulling over and he decided to lock the door that is very unprofessional, if you can't wait another 5 minutes to lock the door , then look for another job where you have to respect the hours... then I went to the driver and I don't know if they just don't want to serve but there was no croissants for the sandwich ... very unprofessional...

I spent over 10 min at the drive thru waiting in line and when I finally got my iced coffee the ice was already melted. You might want to review your procedures and find out why the delay.

It doesn't matter what time you go you never get greeted. If you order anything Baskin Robins at the register they tell you to go down to the ice cream area. When you go to the ice cream area they tell you you need to order at the actual register. Lord forbid you order an actual drink that requires blending because the attitude comes right out
At first I thought it was just the young employees but after giving this location several chances I have learned that the manager is just as bad. I was waiting in line and the manager passed by 5 times and not once did she say we'll be right with you. Love Dunkin and Baskin Robins just hate that I really have to decide if going is really worth it. The other biggest problem is the flies, not only are they in the store but in the glass cases as well.

Cindy working here has been amazing. She cares about making sure the right thing is given. And even gave me an extra cream cheese to give to my dog to take medication. Thank you, and happy to support people like this.

It’s just no reason I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, butter, and lightly toasted. I received a bagel not toasted in anyway no butter and cream cheese was just slapped on. I could’ve made my own bagel!! Do better
