I spent over 10 min at the drive thru waiting in line and when I finally got my iced coffee the ice was already melted. You might want to review your procedures and find out why the delay.

It doesn't matter what time you go you never get greeted. If you order anything Baskin Robins at the register they tell you to go down to the ice cream area. When you go to the ice cream area they tell you you need to order at the actual register. Lord forbid you order an actual drink that requires blending because the attitude comes right out
At first I thought it was just the young employees but after giving this location several chances I have learned that the manager is just as bad. I was waiting in line and the manager passed by 5 times and not once did she say we'll be right with you. Love Dunkin and Baskin Robins just hate that I really have to decide if going is really worth it. The other biggest problem is the flies, not only are they in the store but in the glass cases as well.

It’s just no reason I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, butter, and lightly toasted. I received a bagel not toasted in anyway no butter and cream cheese was just slapped on. I could’ve made my own bagel!! Do better

Always correct, always nice, but dont ever drive thru if youre in a rush. This is the slowest dunkin drive thru in all new england. go inside.

Went there to purchase a birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins that was a success. However, the process leading up to it was not that great parking is atrocious. The layout is completely disastrous asking for car accidents to happen. The service was extremely slow always waited 30 minutes to purchase this $40 cake.

Quick drive thru

Parking: When it's busy in the morning, it can be somewhat difficult to get a spot, otherwise it's not bad.

Kid-friendliness: Can definitely bring the kiddos in to eat. Not too many tables though.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get inside and the tables are spaced apart enough for a wheelchair to fit comfortably.
