Worst service provided by the front line staff. We were waiting at the store until we get our ordered food, but they never informed us that the food was ready until we asked and they were just ignoring people without any reason. They have no idea on how to deal with customers at the store. It seems like they provide food for free.

Good evening, if that can be considered good... I want to inform the manager and higher-ups, however: that tonight at 10:18 I drove up with my grandmother to place an order. I said hello and my grandmother said hello again, to which we heard an unpleasant, demanding voice from a girl in the microphone who informed us that she would not serve us because we had said hello to her twice and told us that we could go to the dunkin' donuts in Connecticut avenue & all we wanted, it was absurd. I then asked her name, to which she replied (is not your business 🤔) Please deal with this rude saleswoman and put her in her place and show her how she should communicate with customers we have been customers of your establishment for almost 20 years and maybe even more my grandmother, so we would like you to pay attention to this If you need information about this situation we can provide it to the manager and tomorrow we will definitely report it where necessary!!! so people be careful here When you want to buy something in the evening she works I really don't even know what to call her a person who can spoil your mood and your family and friends so be careful with this establishment!!!!

Ordered a $40 Uber order and received nothing but cups in a box. Tried to call no answer. I stop by there sometimes at night and besides one lady everyone is extremely rude and is very annoyed to do their job. A verbal “ughhh” has been heard when ordering. Nasty, attitudes by most of the night workers here. I hate having to go to a restaurant and feel like you can’t order what you want cause the person inside is going to get pissed. Nobody forced them to work here, that chose this job….

The night shift person has to be changed, hes very slow like a turtle, who expects to wait at dunkin fast food service for 15-20 mins for a basic order?? Date : April 17th 2025, early morning!

I have ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese… I got a warmed up bagel which I didn’t want… and amount of cream was practically nil… very disappointed… threw it out… won’t go back there for a bagel!

Last night, I went at 10.15 pm after checking on Google maps that it was open. I went through the driveway but there was nobody to take the order. I wasted a good 15 min.
Unfortunately it took 30 minutes to get my drive thru order right before I had to catch an Uber. The cashier was great and doing the best she could, but for a place that is open 24 hours it would be helpful to hire more staff to ensure customers are receiving their orders in a timely manner.

Located at a busy intersection so it’s hard to leave sometimes when traffic is heavy. They have drive thru so I’ll deal with the traffic for that.
