Ordered the snacking bacon and it was cold and so was the egg on the egg and cheese wrap. When I said something about it I was told that they serve their food at room temp. When I explained that they can't really do that because of food regulations and bacteria issues (I'm in the food industry and I'm certified in food service) they told me that I didn't know what I was talking. I never went back there.

This is my go to Dunkin but why they scold me for asking them to put whip cream on my pumpkin spiced iced latte WHEN it’s supposed to come with it?? its literally what we ordered thru the drive thru and then they confirmed it in the window again before we paid. (It could’ve just been that the intercom needs to be upgraded to a new one)

watched employees talk clean and make to go orders,(4 employees) for 5 MINUTES while I and another waited in line without any acknowledgement. I guess customers arent needed at this business.

Just came in to get an ice tea. Morning staff is great and quick when I went to get a latte but just now was not super great. The lady was in the corner on her phone sitting watching TikTok and the guy was sitting at the end on his phone aswell. The place looked dirty aswell . Staff need to work instead of be lazy.

Overnight worker is extremely helpful and very informative.

This dunkin is absolutely horrible. Girl got order wrong. There is a girl with a horrible nasty attitude, she basically slammed the order in my hand. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I can't believe how rude she was. Horrible 0/10
