I have been a loyal supporter of the Dunkin’ Donuts that it’s down the street from my house so it’s very convenient for me to grab my 1st cup of coffee from here before the renovation. My coffee was always amazing. I don’t know what happened or what staff members were changed, but they clearly do not know how to make a cup of coffee. I have been there roughly about 10 times and I must say that my coffee taste burnt every single time. For me, the last thing you wanna do is burn somebody’s 1st cup of coffee in the morning. We look forward to that coffee and when it’s not done right , it really changes someone’s day . Get it together!

After patiently waiting 10 mins for a coffee, I was finally served AFTER all the online orders were filled, rudely asked what I was waiting for. I calmly repeated my order.After being handed the coffee I asked if it was dairy free due.to an allergy.Was lied to.
