I came here during the afternoon hours while on break from my shift. I'm so confused with some of the current low reviews because whoever is currently running the restaurant is doing a great job. Fast customer service, the place smells good and everything clean. And yes, I did visit the restroom, even the stand with the straws and sugar packets was probably the cleanest I've ever seen from a Dunkin Donuts. The food was also great!
Mobile ordering is consistently good. The quality of the bacon, egg wrap is very good. Note, I have not interacted with any staff, mobile ordering only.

I ordered 2 large almond milk coffees from a Dunkin Donuts at 99 new canaan ave norwalk ct. I repeated myself twice stating almond milk for both coffees. When I went to pick up my order the girl said it was with milk. I told her I ordered almond milk for an allergy. (My toddler is anaphylactic to dairy so we avoid all liquid dairy. The girl said that’s going to be $4 extra we charge extra. I know that $0.60 is typical per coffee. She dumped the cups with milk and used the same cups for my allergy. When I asked for a refund they refused. Yelling at me talking about me with the other employee. I took my coffees and threw them out.

Worst dunkin ever… serving people are very rude, for avacado toast- they say its not available, for donuts(they only have 1 variety which looks like left overs), for latte they say machine is not working.. all they give you is a black coffee which is pathetic. Please avoid
