This place is absolutely incredible - the kombucha & the people. I arrived one Friday for a refill only to discover they'd closed early. I'd come a ways to get there so I called to confirm (since I was within business hours) but unfortunately they were closed & I received an apology for the inconvenience. I was bummed but figured I'd try again when I could.

Steve and team hosting a group of 6 of us for a Kombucha tasting last night. Absolutely great night out.
I must admit, prior to last night I was not a Kombucha fan but that has now changed - absolutely loved it.
Steve, the co-founder is incredibly knowledgable and a very gracious host.
Always good to support values driven local businesses trying to create something unique.
This is one of the best Kombucha I have had. Others are too "beer" like or harsh on my system. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying Kombucha for the first time. It is not overly fermented, boozy/beer like, and has a smooth flavor. This Kombucha is easy on my system and tastes great. I also get to support a local business. So win-win all around!
