Amazing, and very low sugar!! Picked up 6 flavors at the New Canaan farmers market. Love them all & the owner was super nice too!

They literally make the best Kombucha on the planet. I am so bummed that my local Aux Delices stopped carrying it. Not sure where else to buy it. It should be carried at Whole Foods! The taste is incredible, how on Earth does it only have 5 grams of sugar? The Guava one is to die for. It should replace all the Synergy and Health-Ade Kombuchas in supermarket aisles (which have 24 grams of sugar and don’t offer low-sugar versions)

Just met one of their owners (?) selling at Stew Leonards. Nice guy, and I bought a couple cans. I just cracked one and am loving it (blueberry ginger). Just the right amount of bite, delicious flavors, and I'm sure it's gonna be good for my health. Will buy more!

I got to meet the owner while he was doing a tasting at Stew Leonard's in Brookfield. I'm a kombucha fan because of its amazing flavor and health benefits. That said, I'm pretty picky about what I drink. I find most kombucha lands in two different camps: too weak or too strong/sour. It takes a lot of work to get that balance right between the two, but East Coast Kombucha NAILS it! I tasted their guava on tap, which was on the lighter side and the ginger which is utter perfection. I bought several cans to take home, and I'm happy to say it tastes just as good as on tap! This small business made it through the pandemic and is doing so much right. Be sure to support local so they can keep going!

3.2.24 Tiny area but huge flavors. What a fun place to visit and the Kombucha is amazing. You can try samples and then purchase cans or growlers. I liked the guava and elderberry ginger best. This place is dog friendly and adjacent to it is Spacecat brewery.

Kombucha is great but their website does not keep up with the hours they actually open the doors or where their product is sold.

Stopped by on a whim & ended up having to stop myself from buying a growler. The guava kombucha is absolutely delicious, if I lived closer i would definitely be a frequent flyer. Dan was super accommodating and a pleasure to talk with, I’ll definitely be back whenever in town (:

Tricky to find but loved it once we got there! The guy at the bar was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had the flight and tried a few delicious kambuchas, and the guava was hands-down, our favorite! Absolutely recommend it if you are in the area.

Exceptional flavors. Not overpowering and delicious. Especially the seasonal flavors.
