For a place that has "eco" in the name, I was expecting an all-vegan, or at least mostly vegan place. However, out of 5+ pastries/sweets they had the other day, nothing was vegan. They had a very expensive pre-packaged Stylish Spoon gluten free trail bar, but I don't recommend that. Honestly, Starbucks has more vegan options now.
I was visiting Norwalk for work and stumbled into Eco Evolution. Immediately I was greeted by Chris the manager. He was kind, attentive and provided 5-star customer service. The coffee was delicious. I will be sure to stop by Eco Evolution anytime I am in the area.
Delicious cappuccino and coffee. Their pastries are worth the visit alone! The Brazilian cake roll with guava was a standout, and the cinnamon bun was perfect. I loved that they offer a variety of alternative milks at no extra charge. The vibe was friendly and laid-back, and the staff was super warm and helpful. We also took some time to browse the connected store — plenty of unique, eco-conscious items for the home. Overall, a very cool spot.
