The food is great, but the customer is sub par and the staff don’t really pay attention to you good place to for take out bad for. Family sit down

To be honest, we asked for the food to be served, not to mention, and the place smelled bad.

Very delicious food
The service is too bad. We asked for appetizers and drinks and they came out first for other people's and not ours. The included tip was given by the Bill without even removing the plate from the starter. The table was full of dirty plates. The truth is, the food was very delicious. The service is too bad, I had a terrible experience

Everything excellent! The only thing that bothers you is seeing sometimes yes and other times no, on your bill a charge for SERVICE in payment by card, which should not be given that no other place has charged me for it. Lately I end up paying for a steak, with a drink and tip $30.
Apart from this the food is a delight!

What a good recommendation, I lived in New York City for many years and there are many good Ecuadorian restaurants there, when I found the idol in Norwalk I no longer need to go to New York to find a good Ecuadorian restaurant now that I live in Connecticut, from the food to excellent service

The food was delicious, the only thing I didn't like were the chifles, which were hard, they should be crispy

Food is good, just an observation about it, be careful and double check your receipt before you pay, they added 18% service without letting you know ( aumentan la propina al recibo) first by law I guess you are allowed when is a party of 6 and more, not for 1, 2 , 3 or 4 people, and when they give you a receipt after you paid with a credit card on the bottom they expect you added more 18% 20% 25% 30% kind of tricky, suggest to yhe owner to check your servers and the cashier it is not right especially when some people don't speak English or understand what gratuity means

Every time I order food they always forget to put something inside my order and when I get home the only thing they say I forgot but this isn’t the first time it’s almost every time I order , very disappointed with service!

Extremely pricey $26 for one breakfast meal??The place looks like a regular deli not a five star restaurant but the prices are ridiculous!
