The waiters seem like they weren't trained properly; they didn't know what was on the menu and kept forgetting things. My dad ordered a mojarra and it was raw. Never coming back here. The dining experience at the restaurant left much to be desired. Despite the moderate occupancy, service was notably slow and lacking in attentiveness. Our waitress, Sofia, appeared impatient and did not offer assistance with the menu, despite it being our first visit. Furthermore, at the conclusion of the meal, there was a distinct absence of courtesy as she promptly presented the check and departed without any acknowledgment. Such service shortcomings were particularly disappointing on a special occasion like Mother's Day. While the food quality was satisfactory, the overall dining experience was marred by subpar service, warranting a closer examination of staff training and customer interaction protocols.

The food just was not good. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce. The chicken quesadilla contained mystery meat including fat and bone. They were not knowledgeable about food allergies. The chips were good and the server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is nice, but the food was severely lacking.

I got chicken enchiladas, and they were good. The mood and atmosphere were good, too. I'll come back to try other dishes. They were open on Christmas day, which was a great deal for me and other people who were looking for something to eat while other places were closed
This place is HIGHLY underrated. Amazing food, such nice staff and great service… the El Tequilazo Bowl was perfect, especially the plantains. 5/5s all around.
