We went for lunch at this location on Main Ave. today. We were very disappointed about the food quality and the poor/any knowledge of how to cook basic Peruvian dishes.First I ordered fish ceviche. What an insult, I don't want to be rude but I am Peruvian and I felt so offended while eating it and trying to get the real ceviche taste. Nothing even close. I asked the server to take my plate away for the mentioned reasons.I just gave 4 stars to the service because the lady was nice and offered to bring some other dish immediately and apologized.I ordered aji de gallina and again very disgusted with the quality. Rice was supposed to be white, this one was of very cheap quality and bad smell. The taste was not good yellow pepper sauce it was something else and I want to end my review not without saying that the chicken tasted dry and stale. All in all, I felt extremely disgusted and deceived due to this very bad experience.

UPDATE: had to post a google review in order to get my refund! So I placed an order through the website and I guess it was then put through by a third party. I did not receive my food, when I called they told me that the internet was down and they weren't able to see my order. The lady on the phone did not understand me *speaks very little English * so I then asked to speak with a manager who never called. This all happened on my lunch break at 11am on May 8th. I finally was able to get to speak with a manager Shannon after 5pm who assured me that she will get my money refunded, she apologized and told me she would fix it. And here we are may13th no refund. Also want to add that I was a very loyal and frequent customer who tried to get my co workers on.So thanks alot!

First of all ,I'm a cook myself, doing some work at my daughter's place...Lomo Salteaó Dinner, basic Peruvian dish... the strip steaks as hard that a overcooked could be, No flavor, the Rice, wow, cheap rice taste from a school cafeteria, "Nasty" that $21, not to mention order rip bannana "Maduros" at $7.98 the order. Then 2nd. Order Biftek "a lo pobre" $22 simple traditional dish same cheap rice smell it as we open the aluminum containers. The round up is Don't order here... prices are extremely expensive mostly taste is awful. Back on this review, my daughter came from work and her Biftek "a lo pobre" Nasty...all $55 worth in the TRASH.

I fell in love with Peruvian cuisine the first time I tried the dishes in this place. Delicious. If I could give more stars than 5 I definitely would.

Solid 3-4, but will likely avoid in future due to ridiculous $7.99 fee they charge to every delivery order. Spending nearly $15 in fees + tip to have a $25 order delivered is

I ordered green noodles and Lomo saltado and the food had an ugly taste. The green sauce on the noodles had a very ugly flavor and the Lomo saltado. The meat felt old. Llano was good and the rice was definitely from days ago. I don't recommend this place.

The seasoning of the food is very good, the service is not good because it does not have a bathroom, the atmosphere is good.

Food is great but the idea of not having a Bathroom is crazy when you know you eating inn !

Went in for lunch and left immediately after I had to walk through the slimy kitchen to get to the slimy bathroom. Both cooks were hanging out on their phones in a dirty kitchen with a pile of dirty dishes. Apparently they need a manager to babysit them and tell them to clean up after themselves

My favorite place for Peruvian food in town. Fast service, good portions, not too expensive.

Generous portions and reasonably priced - had plenty of unique dishes I have never tried before - we have tasty meals with plenty of flavor. Will be returning in the future for more.

It's a very casual Peruvian Restaurant. The server, Maria J, was very pleasant. We had lomo saltado and chicken chaufas. The chaufas (rice dish) was positively delicious - some of the best we've ever had! Most of the business is "to go", but they have some tables and it's nice to eat there. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend.

Great lunch spot - I got the chicken and rice and it was cooked perfectly. My partner got the noodles - which were also cooked really well. Large portion sizes.
