Used to rave about this place. Used to be our go-to place for a treat meal. All the low star reviews about the beef are accurate. I do not get beef here anymore and probably won’t order in the near future. For damn near $30 a plate, the quality is super disappointing. Some dishes are excellent like all the chaufas and chicken dishes, but others are just not it. Definitely stinks because it used to be so much better.

Have been coming here for the past 20 years. Several owners, several changes to menus. In 2025 the food is so so, not the best not the worst. Most recently we ordered Jalea and lomo saltado and both were 3/5. Room for improvement on flavor. The chicha wasn’t bad. The service was good. Other restaurants in town have much better flavor and food texture.

Warm atmosphere with lively music, it is the best Peruvian flavor in all of Norwalk, the dishes are large and reasonable for the price. It is more of a family restaurant than an elegant one. Good service, great variety of food and desserts. Parking available. Recommended.
